Also did you log into the right server? How long has it been since you last played? If you are in a coop ask a member to check your farm to see if you are still in the coop? Just trying to think of some things to look into while you wait to hear back from support.

Farms are scheduled for deletion after no activity for 6 months, but only if they have never bought any gold. You should contact support to find out the status is of your account. There is a link in my signature or at the bottom of this page.

I am on the skn1 server and when i search for your farm - not in the ranking session, but when i am on another farm - your farm shows.

You probably logged on a wrong server. You have to log back trough the log on form (upper right corner) and not by registration form. And check what is your server (click icon with a globe).
But the best thing would be to contact support and give them as much information as you could and they will look into it.
Maybe he is just trying to log on a wrong server. Is he playing on the same server as you? Did you reported this to support?
Namely, same person should not have two accounts on one server (against the rules). So if you did not tell support that the other account belongs to your son, maybe they blocked it because thay thought its the same person due to IP adress.
he plays on the us server....different to me...
he had been playing for a while and yes it was the correct server he was logging into....contacting support does nothing
Support is ussually very busy and they will need some time ti answer you. Sometimes it takes couple of weeks. Yust be patient. If
he bought some gold, his farm should not be delated.
When you log in, make sure the Server at the bottom of the login screen reflects the correct server that you need to log into.
Now go to the log in page http://bigfarm.goodgamestudios.com/
Look at the bottom of the page for a flag. Be sure it is of your country. Check to the right of the flag. Be sure your server is correct.
Once all good log in through the little log in box, top right
