your farm has been deleted

what the hell! I have lost my account, I have since paid large sums to my account and then allows goodgamestudios.com to delete my account because it has not been farming for some time, goodgamestudios.com offering the game in Denmark therefore must comply with Danish law, which in not doing if in deletes a paying player.
you have not even sent me a reminder, this is the way goodgamestudios.com treat players?

    emmadk- Sorry to hear about this issue, but if you have bought any amount of gold your account will not be deleted. I would suggest that you contact support to find out what the issues is & what happened, they could have made a mistake and deleted you account accidentally. The only way to know for sure is to contact support tell them what happened and if you got an email from them stating that they were going to delete your account. Let them know that you have bought gold.

    Also did you log into the right server? How long has it been since you last played? If you are in a coop ask a member to check your farm to see if you are still in the coop? Just trying to think of some things to look into while you wait to hear back from support.

    Farms are scheduled for deletion after no activity for 6 months, but only if they have never bought any gold. You should contact support to find out the status is of your account. There is a link in my signature or at the bottom of this page.

    I am on the skn1 server and when i search for your farm - not in the ranking session, but when i am on another farm - your farm shows.

    It's kinda odd they send an email saying "your farm has been deleted". It would make much more sense to send a warning few days before it's deleted so people that don't want their farms gone could do something, getting email after it's done seems rather pointless.

    I started this game yesterday and got clear up to level 11 however now it shows I am clear back at the beginning at level 1 what the heck is this

    You probably logged on a wrong server. You have to log back trough the log on form (upper right corner) and not by registration form. And check what is your server (click icon with a globe).

    That totaly sucks then, if i do ever go traviling around the world. or go for big holiday my account will get deleted.0_000;( guess i would just have to get one of my members to go to it for me.-_-

    Having others access your farm can get you deleted too as I think it's against TOS to do that but don't quote me on it but I am quite sure it is as it is with other games I have been on.

    That is correct, wickedwitchy. It is against the terms of agreement to share your password with another player and could result in being banned from the game. If a player knows they are going to be away from the game for longer than 6 months, they can make certain that their farm isn't deleted by purchasing the smallest amount of gold. I think that's only $4.99 U.S. To me that seems very reasonable to insure your farm remains on the server.

    how often do you need to purchase gold then...on my sons farm gold was purchased in the early stages....but not in the last year as he wasn't playing as much due to illness...but he still lost his farm....it was deleted before a simple email telling us it had been deleted....he had tried getting back onto his farm but couldnt

    If he purchased gold at least once, his farm should not be delated.
    But the best thing would be to contact support and give them as much information as you could and they will look into it.
    Maybe he is just trying to log on a wrong server. Is he playing on the same server as you? Did you reported this to support?
    Namely, same person should not have two accounts on one server (against the rules). So if you did not tell support that the other account belongs to your son, maybe they blocked it because thay thought its the same person due to IP adress.

    Had a member of our Co-op also receive an email saying their farm had been deleted, however they where on line in our chat, so assumed it had not been. This was the only farm they had. May be a glitch They play everyday so cannot see how it would be caused by the lack of playing :S

    Support is ussually very busy and they will need some time ti answer you. Sometimes it takes couple of weeks. Yust be patient. If
    he bought some gold, his farm should not be delated.

    my problem is different months ago my account was gi=one disagreed just gone just like this and no matter how i wrote to them they couldn't tell what the problem i bought some gold on that account but not more thanUS $ however I decided to create new farm and go on and play yesterday out of no where big farm  has switched my new account to old one only in the new one im on level 92 and bought gold with hundreds of $ not to mention time and effort I spent on updating farms and co-op which I found sent them many emails no answer yet a bit in a hurry for their answer because I also payed lots of efforts on (not on this earth) mission only only my farm not on this earth this time it's ugly

    You're probably defaulting to the wrong server, Ghinwa.  I found a farm for "Ghinwa" on INT1 where you're level 93 and a member of a Co-Op called 'Happy Team'?  There's also one on US1 for a "Ghinwa" that's only level 21.. So if I had to guess, I'd guess that you're server login switched from INT1 to US1 for some reason.

    When you log in, make sure the Server at the bottom of the login screen reflects the correct server that you need to log into.

    ok Slow down there it not be as bad as it looks. GGS will not delete your account if you have purchased Gold, which you say you've done. They delete an account that has been inactive for approximately 3 to 6 months and has not bought Gold through that account.

     Now go to the log in page http://bigfarm.goodgamestudios.com/
    Look at the bottom of the page for a flag. Be sure it is of your country. Check to the right of the flag. Be sure your server is correct.
    Once all good log in through the little log in box, top right ;)
