Didnt get welcome email

I never got my welcome email that you're supposed to get with the welcome gold and money! I have requested it several times but nothing

    I have the same problem, I never received mine. I try everyday and it never comes. What's the problem with this??

    I don't know what the problem is with this but I have sent support a message and still no response! I really need that gold to help me! Its getting very annoying!

    Make sure you sent it to Good Game BIG FARM, and not Empire or one of their other games like I have done in the past by mistake.

    Did you get the auto-response email telling you that a ticket has been created & giving you the ticket number?

    If not I would try again.
