Please Test: Island Farm Interactive Calculation Spreadsheet
I started making a spreadsheet as a "follow along", but then I started consolidating data together into one place so I didn't have five browser tabs open. Then I started getting into making formulas to do some basic calculations for my personal use. I am a beginner, so the formulas are imperfect, and the layout was not preplanned! However, there are a few "generators" I've just created that I though players would like to Beta test.

Fruit Need Generator
Cell Start: E27
Tired of having to figure out how many mangos, bananas, coconuts, and oranges you need for drinks? Input the level of your Bar and totals are calculated automatically for each drink by chapter.
How Much More Fruit Needed?
Cell Start: K27
Already accumulated some stock and/or completed some of the drinks? Input your current inventory numbers, and the number of drinks runs you've completed. A total of remaining fruit to collect will be generated.
How Long?
Cell Start: J38
Trying to figure out how long it will take to grow 30000 oranges with five level 3 fields? Want to know how fast you can generate 9000 lemurs with two level 2 pens? Want to know how many hours it takes to produce 3 Tropic Star? Input your values and the time duration will be automatically generated.
UPDATE Dec. 2: Added more functionality to "How Long". Selections will now generate shell values, number of harvests, amount of dung/leaves produced, and amount of fertilizer/feed used for both SINGLE harvests and TOTAL harvests it takes to produce the desired amount.
UPDATE Dec. 5: Fixed ugly "error" messages, and added data areas that will calculate fruit needs based upon SINGLE drinks and also MULTIPLE drinks. These are "vanishing" areas, and only appear in the "How Long" generator if "Drinks" are selected in the "Select Type" field. I am rather proud of this update. A few bugs persist here and there.

There are more calculators highlighted in yellow throughout the sheet! Some of them may or may not be useful to you. I am just learning how to use IF statements and learned how to do a basic INDEX/MATCH today...so I am sure there are flaws. Again, these calculations were spontaneous and created over the course of 17 days, so they are not particularly orderly. As I learn or need to know information, I add more "stuff".
I think you have to download the sheet to play with the values right now (nothing is protected from change at the moment, so if you aren't familiar with formulas (especially messy beginner ones like mine) be careful what you change!
Feedback would be appreciated. If you see a glaring calculation error, please let me know!
UPDATE: Dec. 8 Ready for Testing...the DUNGERATOR! Area of Cell M87
Set for calculating how long it will take to generate dung and/or fertilizer based upon the level of the silo, and the number/level of the animal pens. I admit that the formula is "hacked up", but it seems to work and appears to produce reasonable approximations.
Yet again, I grossly underestimated the time it takes to produce fertilizer. This generator should help a little!

Just calculating the cost vs output is not that simple, an extra upgrade may turn out to be cheaper, but if this requires an extra house/deco/plot?
Put the tasks in a timeline that suits your playtime, there is no use in building something extra to hurry a task if you have to wait to start the next because you dont have the ingredients in stock.
from what I recall, GGS said the developers needed an easy place to see what decorations everyone had.
Why? They didn't say. Probably to figure out how to get us to spend more gold lol
