I am not completely certain that I understand your question correctly, but there is indeed a list of projects and on which level of the co-op they unlock. You can find all spreadsheets and game information on this page:
    https://bigfarmtips.wordpress.com/2013/08/20/spreadsheet-spoilers-and-helpful-information/

Unfortunately the first sheet does not have the new gourmet projects and the second sheet does not include when projects unlock :(

I'm sorry , i'm not well posed the question but you did guess what I wanted to ask. I saw these links earlier today trying to find an answer and I saw that they were not complete, as you say.

Thank you in any case :)

I just posted a new thread asking for information to fix the spreadsheets. Thanks for reminding me ^^

You do not get it, the co-op does. The gold and dollars that are given as a reward when the co-op levels up are added to the co-op accounts and can be used to start researches with. The gold and dollars that are given as a reward when you personally level up are yours and will be added to your own balance.

Whew! Just went through entire thread, exhausting. If my question is in there, I missed it. So here it goes:

Does the person starting cooperative projects get any kind of reward, points, etc?

Hehe, I am honestly surprised that you went through it! The thread grew pretty large over time, so well done ^^

Now for your question: the answer is no. Not directly.

Only a leader or a deputy can start a project to avoid anybody just starting a project the co-op cannot finish. A project is definitely for the collective co-op. Any time a project finishes, the co-op gets a couple more CP (cooperative points) and if it has collected enough CP, it will level up. By levelling up you may climb in the cooperative rankings and you will unlock more projects, but more importantly, more researches. Researches will boost both the running of the co-op and the running of the farms of all the members in it, depending on the research. So indirectly, if you start a project and unlock a research with the points you got and you run that research if it boosts the money you get when selling a certain farm product, you get extra dollars :D But then again, the entire co-op gets it at the same time ;)

I hope I made sense there.

You made perfect sense and I did know about who can start projects and what follows for the cooperative, but was unsure if the deputy who actually pushed the start button got any extra points or awards for themselves. I take it from your respose that they don't get anything extra themselves, just the coop as a whole from successfully completing projects. Thank you for your time and knowledge.8)

I do not know where you got that idea, but in my 2 years as a leader of a co-op I have never see anybody personally get a prize they could add to their own balance. Extra dollars due to research, yes, but that is not directly from the co-op. Prizes in the co-op challenge, yes, but that is a new feature. Anything else, haven't seen it.

I have a question as a deputy of our co-op... I have noticed that once someone is kicked from the co-op you can not invite them back and you can never see their co-op tree. I am assuming this means they can never apply to your co-op again. Is there any way to change this?

We have kicked members because they had no idea what they were doing and wouldn't ask questions or respond to messages as well as kicking players because they let us know they would be unable to play for the next 6 months. In most cases it is because they can't or won't join research and we are stuck because all our research requires every member to participate. It would be nice to be able to invite players back in the future or at least have the option of accepting a second application after a suitable interval.

I have invited players back that have been kicked out before, also had them apply again too! Got one currently back in my co-op right now actually! You can invite them back, but you must have space in the co-op to be able to send an invite...or have them apply for that matter.

No, you can not see their co-op tree if they have been kicked out. They don't have a tree!! Not part of any co-op then they don't have a tree.

In addition to JoJoBell's answer: it takes 24 hours before somebody can re-apply to the co-op. I assume this is the same for sending invites from the co-op to that person. So that means that after 24 hours you can invite them back into the co-op. Here is a screenshot of the message somebody gets if they want to re-apply after just having been rejected:

Is there a difference in prizes, awards, points, currency, etc. the quicker a coop completes a project? (I understand that the quicker the coop completes the project, the quicker it can move on to complete the next and collect the awards, etc.)

(I went through the thread a couple days ago before posting my then question. I didn't go through it again for this question, but don't recall seeing anything on it. If there, apologies.)

The answer is no :) You get what the project tells you you get, a fixed amount of CP depending on the project and its level. Doesn't matter how fast you complete it. You also don't get anything else for a project but CP. For other kinds of prizes you will need to water the tree and participate in the cooperative championships. A co-op itself doesn't give any individual player rewards except for increased profits for the researched farm products.

Thank you Larino. Let's see if I have this straight:

Starting Coop Projects: Projects can only be started by Deputies and Leader, neither of which receive any direct personal gain.

Successfully Completed Coop Projects = Specified Coop Points, Coop Gold, New Coop Research & New Coop Projects, nothing more. (Time of Completion No Factor*/Successive completions may be required for new projects and new research.) Farmer indirectly receives increased profits from completed research and status from cooperative ranking, as well as in-house coop status/ranking for their individual project activity, no direct benefit.

New Research and New Coop Projects can only be unlocked by completing Coop Projects.

Failing to complete a project = loss of collection items required to start project, no other direct penalty.

*Other than being able to move on to the next project quicker and all that entails

    ^^

That is all correct. I would like to be a bit more specific about the part I coloured though: Successfully completed co-op projects = specified co-op points. Having enough of those points = co-op level up. Co-op level up = co-op gold, co-op dollars, new researches and new projects available.

Is the coop penalized if we don't complete our project in the allotted time?

is it possible for the founder of a co-op to become the leader again if they have been away for so long that the game demotes them?
  • edited 22.02.2015

No, you can not see their co-op tree if they have been kicked out. They don't have a tree!! Not part of any co-op then they don't have a tree.

Even if they don't have a tree, you can see the place where their tree would go. Easiest way to invite someone is to click on their potential co-op tree, but with some people I can't see it at all. If it isn't because they were kicked from our co-op does it mean they blocked me? Or something else?

Yes, it is possible for anybody to become a leader. You need to ask the current leader to resign and give the lead back to the founder (or to anybody you want to be the leader). The only thing is, if the current leader does not want to resign in their abilities, there is no other way. You cannot force them to step down.

It sounds to me like that is a bug, or maybe if they have just been removed, it will take 24 hours before you can see their tree, because it also takes 24 hours before they could re-join your co-op. The tree should just be visible though, as far as I know.

Edit: Only level 6+ can join a co-op, so if they are below level 6 it may as well be that their tree simply hasn't unlocked yet because they are not allowed to join a co-op yet.

    Boosters during the coop challenge.

And those boosters cost quite a lot when you are a large co-op. You can calculate your own booster costs with the formulas in this article: https://bigfarmtips.wordpress.com/2015/01/16/the-cooperative-championship/
