    Hi!:)

I can not choose now my difficulty level for the events. The option is gone. It appeared every time i started an event after i reached level 49 but now it is no there. How come?

Anyone still able to choose the difficulty level?
Any clue what level is required for this?

I believe you have to complete each different event 3 times and get the deco award before you can choose lvl. Maybe this is one you haven't done that yet on? I got the option to choose btw

I think you meant to say the event needs to be completed at Level 1 through Level 3. Level 4 being the hardest (Farm Specialist).

How many times have you completed this event? Each time you complete the event you will receive a deco worth 54 happiness, 64 happiness, 74 happiness depending on what level you started the deco event. You must have completed the 3rd level (74 happiness) and have that deco placed on your main farm to be able to choose the difficulty level. I suggest looking at Larino's Corner for Deco Event Spreadsheet it will help you to understand how the events work.

    Not true!
You have to at least successfully finished level 3 (74 points award; as from lvl >55), build up this deco on one of your 3 farms (doesn't really matter which one).
Then, the next time this same theme event comes around, you get to choose out of 4 levels (Farms Specialist being the hardest one).

    Happy Farming:)

and i must add , you have to unlock the 74 deco at the deco tower, so that next time you can choose the difficulty level. To sum up , there are 3 requirements: winning a 74 deco, placing/building that deco, unlocking at the deco tower.

You don't have to unlock the deco tower deco anymore, that's correct.

    Conclusion :
Okay, so i have to complete 1st 3 difficulty levels for each event to get the option every time.

And "building the deco is also required for this", i did not know about it.

    Thanks for the guideline guys!:)

Come to think of it, what is basically the purpose of the "Deco-Tower"? Is it just an overview of the decos and a close look ?

(Okay i'm sorry these r 2 posts at a time plus, how do we reply with 2 quotes in the same post,i tried it but..)

Conclusion partly correct. You need to have completed the 3rd difficulty level of the event running and built the deco on one of your farms so you unlock the difficulty choice for the next time that particular event runs. It is not necessary to have the 1st and 2nd level decos on your farms, as long as you have the 3rd level deco built somewhere.

The deco tower is there for fun only now. You can see which decos you already own, which is pretty handy for collectors like me. It also makes me really competitive whenever a new deco is added: gotta have deco for tower. You can also indeed see the large detailed version of them. That put aside, it does not really serve any other purpose.

To quote twice (or more) in a post you need to click the multi-quote button. You could also manage by using the BBCodes, but that is a more challenging option and more work as well. A full explanation about all kinds of forum questions and issues can be found here (including multi-quoting): https://bigfarmtips.wordpress.com/2014/07/01/finding-your-way-around-the-forums/

    CONCLUSION:
    1-
Okay, building the 3rd deco is only required.
    2-
Deco-tower purpose is for fun, a close look and an overview.
This was comprehensive and helpful, thank you larino!smile.png

    3-
Steps for multi-quote were a bit confusing and took me a while to practice.

So..... i just finshed the water fall quest and i got that it gives 74 happniess so next time a event comes out i should be able to choses the difficulty?? it has only 3 difficulty lvl tho so do i still get to. And once i collected a event it was max difficlty and i did not get to choses next time it would have not been 74 happniess i am guessing.

The next time the Camping Event comes around, yes, you will be able to choose the level you want to play. There will actually be 4 levels, not 3, as the Specialist Farmer level will now appear & that decoration is the worth 78 happiness.

    Good Luck!

    Congratulations, jjjjjjjjjjjj10!

First, place your +74 happiness Large Waterfall deco on one of your farms. Then, you will be able to choose any level of difficulty (including the Farm Specialist level) the next time the Camping Event (Here's to nature!) comes back.

A word of warning: You have to choose your level of difficulty before the event will start next time. I have a way of harvesting almost my entire farm before noticing the event icon (like the tent) in the parking area and choosing my level of difficulty. That's the only drawback.

In answer to your second question, you can choose ANY level of difficulty, and the corresponding reward deco, after you earn and place your level 3 +74 happiness reward deco for that event. The farm specialist reward decos are +78 happiness. You can see all the decos in your deco tower. Just click on any decos you don't have yet to see an info screen with a picture and other info.

What level do we have to be at, for us to get a choice, of which level to do on the asian task. 1 of my coop members, are on level 31, and still isn't getting a choice of stable boy? How can i rectify this please?

Stable boy should be levels 16-27
    Farm Worker: 28-42
    Big Farmer: 43+
Farm specialist: You can only choose this after successfully completing Big Farmer level. In fact you can select Any level of difficulty you want, once you have successfully completed Big Farmer.

This difficulty is given to you based on your level. Once you complete the third difficulty for that particular event and unlock the decoration (+74) in your deco tower, the next time the same event is back you'll finally be able to choose the difficulty.

I have no deco's +74......+40 is highest I possess and I get on everyday..!!

You can get the +74s by completing the third difficulty of events like UFO, Hawaii, Asia... Then by unlocking this deco in your tower, next time the same event is back you can choose the 4th difficulty with a final deco of +78 ;-)

    Hi Christina,

Once you have won the +74 happiness decoration in an event, you will be able to select which level you wish to play on that event when it comes around again.

The level selection process seems a bit backwards to me. I mean, once you've done the hardest difficulty, you've proved you can do... well... the hardest difficulty. What's the point then in giving you a choice of easier ones ONLY after you've done the hardest?

I would think the choice for easier difficulties should be available as you continue to unlock the ranks. So at my level, 29, I should be able to select the first two difficulty levels, and not just be stuck with what difficulty the game thinks I "should" be doing (I'm over-leveled for the state of my farm, so all of these events are almost impossible for me to complete).

If I could select an easier difficulty, I would. As it stands, though, I don't see a point in participating in any more of these big events until I'm way above lvl 60 and can comfortably complete the hardest difficulty. That means being locked out of many good deco items that I need in the meantime to balance happiness on my farms.

Just seems very backwards to me.

The hardest level is #4 Specialist Farmer (+78 deco), you can`t get to that one until you can choose.

Hi, Can anyone tell me where can I choose difficulty level for a quest or theme events? It is declared by the team that you should be able to choose it now. But when I opened the event, I can only see the difficulty level but there is nowhere I can choose a different one. Help!?(?(

Did you win a deco with happines 74 for this particular event. If you won 74 deco in Asia event, it counts only for Asian event etc...
