    Snork, basically the rollback took out the farm machines.... nobody should have operational machines right now, since the rollback took us back to exactly what our farms were like before the update.

    I'm not on the US server though.
    And if I were, I should still have the 3 special seeds, not just 2.

    No worries, this is the most confusing update yet.


    It's a comparatively small issue but I don't want to waste even a single more tool box or certificate on those new machines that don't work even when they SEEM to work.

    NO IT IS NOT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! all my work lost i had no glitches and I LOST ALLLL MY HARD WORK NOT HAPPY.
    I'M not happy either. Apparently, the happiness level of the actual human players isn't a determining factor of this game. Too bad we're not the farmworkers on Big Farm, because maybe then someone on Big Farm could buy us "decorations" to get our OWN happy levels up to 100%........ Yeah, not happening on here, obviously...

    Since there's no way we're going to ever get our time/money/progress/upgrades/etc. back, do you suppose it would be possible for us to have a 2-day heads-up as to the NEXT "rollover", fix, etc. for whatever bugs are in this game so that we don't have to waste a day playing the game? Since no part of our progress from the past 1 - 2 days is going to be restored, it would be nice to know exactly when this kind of upheaval is going to occur. That way, we won't waste time playing the game the day before, until AFTER the upheaval/fix/"rollback" is over. It sucks to spend a day on here when it's all going to be erased anyway. Is there a way you can do that for the next time? Like, email us or something?

    I guess understand why this US1 rollback was necessary, but I am not happy. Not happy at all.

    ETA Please move this to the new thread about the rollback. I didn't see it before I wrote this.

    ?( what happen folk? My farm took a step back in time. All 4 farms lost something. And I can't remember every thing I lost!!!!!!!! I would love to sent a photo of my farm don't know how.

    I don't understand what all the fuss is about ~ so we lost a little time and some things wont be fixed till Monday ~ just another day in the Big Farm world ~ look at it as a 3 space back card ~ GGS has always been good at getting things worked out ~ and for those wanting to fuss about the lose of gold well you know that in any internet game that is a gamble you take so just wait that will all be worked out soon too ~ I have already gotten my gold back and most of my work redone ~ It is a game so sit back and enjoy it ~ in ALL internet game there are bugs and fixes you just have to take the good with the bad ~ this is still the best farm game on the internet ~and none of them run great all the time ~ I hope you all will just enjoy THIS gaming day and give GGS some time to fix the problems!
    And Just to let you all know ~ I play this game 12 hours or more everyday! So I understand the loss of a whole day and a half ~ but see no reason to be so upset as it is a game and not the real world so stop stressing

    I got an email for my ticket I put in yesterday and it stated that if I cleared my cache and log out of the game it should be OK. It isn't, nothing is fixed.



    Be sure that you clear you Browser cashe and you Flashcashe, (Instructions are in a sticky post at the top of the technical problemsforum)then do a complete shut down (not a restart) of your computer, reboot,log in again and see if that fixes the problem. If not, reply to tech support’s message and tell them what you did andwhat is happening now. Sometimes trying another browser will help too.
    See the Official Announcements too they did rollback on US1 and you lost everything you did for 2 hours!

    Check the Official Announcements Forum. GGS is having problems on all servers. But, There were so many difficult problems onUS1, that they did a 2 hour roll back!! In other words they went back and restored the US1 server to a priortime, 2 hours earlier. We losteverything we did during that 2 hours!!! I lost 2 fields I had finally upgraded (so itmust be more than 2 hours!) and others in my co-op have losses too. Of course no one is happy about this L Not us and not GGS. I'm glad that a least they caught it when they did and restored the game to a time when all was working-hopefully!! I hope GGS slows down and does more testing. Lots of players don't use the foums!

    They went back closer to 36 hours in time.

    I understand that a rollback may have been necessary. I had never had any problems, but they seem to have been bad. DO we know which day the will re-apply the update? And maybe they can also adjust the tool-kits ratio. They are just too hard to come by, especially for smaller farms.

    Ella, That is because update was rolled back to fix many issues it caused.
    Until the update is reapplied, you can not use the new tractor feature.

    Another problem that my cooperative have is that the amount of products collected for the project was rolled back, but the time for the project not.
    And myself I lost a mission too because of the maintenance.

    Well ....missions have no penalty, so that shouldn't be that bad. One thing everyone gets this weekend, is a taste of what the machines do and a chance to stock up on certificates.

    Well, I'm in California, USA. It is 12:30am Sat. 9-27-14 here and 9 hours later Big Farm Time (*Germany Time) so 9:30am there. I'm on US1, playing thru the Good Game Studos Web Site I did the Clear Browser Cashe and Flash Cashes, full shut down (not a restart) of my computer, then rebooted much earlier after the rollback
    I was looking in the forum and went back to my main farm to harvest (in anther window). I had one of those Orange Watch Out signs. New Ship was here, but when I clicked on it, it had the same 4 items at the top and they all said completed!!(I completed the top 4 last time!!) 6 hours later the same ship I finished with came back full!! I logged out and back in and the new ship was here. Clock fixed too. Maybe our problems are not over yet!!??

    You messed the info from new machines...

    There is no 55 percent option. It's 55 (or 8, 25, 100 ) greenhouse HUMUS. And we must collect it and use in greenhouse in really great amounts, which depends on seed you use. And it will give us 25% per harvest.

    Special lime needs 25 greenhouse humus per production, special pineapple 100 greenhouse humus ! I can't even imagine how much honeydew melon wants :S

    I am hot under the collar right now. I don't ever go to the forum to read anything because I could never get it to work. Yesterday, I lost gold, updates, certificates, money, time, machines, buildings, fences, gardens, houses, and on and on because of the STUPID update. I think it's another way of saying that you're going to get a lot more money out of everyone for gold. The time I had spent on all that was incredible, much less wasted money spent on buying gold! If something is not done by Monday to compensate us for all that was lost, I am done with this game!

    Nothing will be done by Monday for compensation. People need to be patient. What good would it do for them to compensate us and then find out on Monday that they still need to roll back a little further? Then all compensation would be lost, not just game play!!

    My thoughts are there will be compensation, but demanding it before things are settled/figured out and fixed, isn't going to get you anything but more misery if they still have to change things on Monday again. Wait and see what they announce on Monday into Tuesday. I know it is crazy, and supremely irritating to have things all sent backwards (it happened to me too), but it would be down right stupid to give us compensation right now...

    Take a deep breath, don't play your game more than you can stand losing again if it comes to that on Monday (hopefully it doesn't), and enjoy the weekend!

    So , greenhouse humus becomes a rather rare commodity when at best scenario special press can produce without gold 55 humus every 3 hours. But special seeds' production cycle vary from 30minutes to 1hour15min, meaning from 150 humus to 500 humus during the 3 hours the machine needs to cooldown. In any case, special press can't endure the pressure of humus demand without gold ofc !

    There are a issue due to the rollback with projects and research.

    We finished popcorn (complete movie experience) project evening of 9/25 and started Cheezed Off.
    Due to the rollback, the popcorn project did not get the cp we received and the collectibles used for the project was not there any longer. Thus we LOST the collectibles used for the project in progress at the backup point used for the rollback.

    Cheezed off we lost the products collected and essentially the project did not start yet after the rollback but we still have the collectibles.

    Also we after the update 9/25 am we got the last 5 reserachers for a research and started it with gold. With the rollback, we got the gold back but the 5 researcher never happened. unfortunately 1 participating member is away and another lost time and work on farm so back on a low happiness state on his farm and have issue getting the cash together to participate again. It seems that we will be forced to get 2 gold researcher which we had originally filled with dollar researcher on Sept 25/26.

    But for example I don't need to produce honeydew melon every 1-15 hour. 1 special seed gives me enough fruits for about 5 days of shiping. So new humus will give me more fruits without gold and I'll spend less shells.

    Well - missions have just become really impossible. Never had someone with 3000 dung before. The rest of us at best manage six hundred. Pity.

    Someone said new machine effects might make missions interesting again - but what they do is amplify the difference between players (and their wealth) vastly. Every single step - how far and how fast you upgrade machines, if you can afford buy better effects, multiply all the previous gold ways to win a mission ... *feels stupid not to have seen THAT right away*

    After the rollback, I still have the new tractors on my screens. I thought they would be removed with the rollback until all the repairs were done. Many co-ops had losses from all the problems, so I'm not sure it is safe to do a project now either. I hope Latten or Nafaru will clarify the status when Monday comes.

    Well, I boosted my cow sheds by 50% because we're doing a milk project and it worked!

    I've also converted 3 normal humus to 4 premium.

    They've made machines that make us want to do missions now. :)

    I like this official announcement, but only problem is the mods should change the title of it instead of changing and deleting all of out posts. There are no activatable farm machines. Bring on the rollbacks!

    No. I have no chance at any missions now, even if I use machines. The differences in wealth between players are now amplified.
