Is Halloween here?

i got this image in an email from GGS "Two Years of Big Farm"
i'm familiar with all the items shown in this picture except those halloween characters.
is there any "halloween event" being planned in this game or is there already a halloween related part in this game? idk, can someone please tell me....

    I have a feeling that there is going to be a big event like making a float just like for the 2 years.

    There is going to be a Halloween event but it hasn't started yet. Go into the decoration collection on your farm and on levels 11 and 12 you can see some Halloween decorations. The one on level 11 looks like it will be the prize for the event (haunted castle) and the others will be the kind we buy during the event. I'm looking forward to it.

    I'm hoping the Halloween event will be more like other events we're used to. The decorations seem to be giving a clue.

    thanks for telling me about the decos in the tower!

    i saw the decos in the tower, but they are on two different level which means there won't be a an event like the events we already have, coz their decos are on one level each...
