Huh, I haven't been getting any from apples at all. :-p I've been running my mill and silo and composter as full as possible and have gotten tons there; and occasionally some from pigs/cows/chickens but nothing reliable. And not much from the orchards, boo.

So um shouldn't we at least get Cherry Blossoms from the Cherry Orchard? You wait that long and use that much fertilizer and get nothing? Yet my apples get some everytime. Doesn't make sense and they need to fix it that was crap

Cherries randomly drop 200 and if you get really lucky (like me) you even get 320. But they may also drop nothing, and that also happened to me, it is really random like that.

You have a chance of getting blossoms from your cherry orchard and apple orchard. It's all chance. Well, mostly. I heard your chances actually drop after the first five seconds after the harvest is ready. So it's helpful to be quick.

Not sure if I agree with that. I do mostly get 4x blossoms out of 6 orchards that matured overnight. And even sometimes when I leave them be for another hour after logging in because clicking with a touch pad is very annoying. So yeah, that theory is a bit vague and seems to work for some while it does not work for others :) Personally I just say, harvest when you harvest and cross your fingers to get lucky.

I have found that I'm more likely to get drops from fields when I click in the first five seconds. I can't say for orchards because I usually don't catch them in the first five seconds.

Actually, my experience is quite oposite. I am getting more colectables if I wait a bit longer (and I am not the only one). But it could only be statistical fluctuation. Or GGS has some nasty, half personalized formula to confuse us :).

I wasn't expecting the Asian Event to start so soon! I'm ready to go,I just finished upgrading all my apple orchards, but my cherry orchard is doing a long upgrade now and I still have over 13 hours to go! This one will really be a challenge because I will get such a late start!!!!

I'm on level 44. I do not buy gold, only get what they give me. Is it more profitable to put my cherries on the ship, or use them toward the Asian event? I've never completed a whole event....and cherries take so long to grow.

I let the ship go Wanted the temple + happiness points This event comes around again
  • edited 16.09.2014
You only have to start cherries, not donate them! Put them on the ship if you want too. It doesn't hurt anything.

In the event task you only have to start production of cherries! So when you harvest them, you can give them to the captain without any problem. ;)

Oeps - FarmerJojobell beat me to it!! :p

Just once I'd not like to stupidly harvest EXACTLY what the event wants first RIGHT BEFORE clicking those annoying start okay start okay okay START ALREADY EVENT buttons. I play worse and worse each month.

Do you know what event will most likely come next and around what time? Because I stopped playing for a while, and I lost track of all the schedules and orders and stuff. :< Thanks!

Well - up untill now the Hawaï event always came after the Asia event (it was skipped only once because of the temporary island event, due to the fact that both events involved shells and this could be confusing).
And most of the time we had 1 week without events in between.

But one never knows for sure with GGS, they might have another surprise for us waiting (?) ?( (Like last week, immediately after the Fairy Tale event finished, the Asia event started only 1 day later, totally unexpected - but we figured out that this is probably because GGS wants to make the upcoming Halloween event available in the week of Halloween)

Halloween is a holiday celebrated mainly in Ireland, England, USA and Canada.

Nafaru told us on September 8 about the Update of September 10 (plse see the Official Announcements; you ought better to keep an eye on them always ;)).... Among other things you can find this paragraph:

    Other small changes and preparations

•Preparations have started for a new spooky seasonal event.
•The environment elements on the right side of your farm will be moved around a bit to make space for the garage parking area.
•Instead of displaying a reward box, you may now see how many cooperative points you can earn per cooperative project directly.

Well - Halloween is on October 31, 2014 and one can expect this to be the "new spooky seasonal event". And just take a peek in your deco-tower, level 11 and 12 - where you will find the new Halloween decorations!! :)

Well, I for one have had some rest since the Fairy Tale Event because I finished early. So, Before I get too into this Asia Event, does anyone have tips to offer?

Part One looks simple and straight forward for me, level 42.

    Collect 50 fertilizer
    Cherry production x1

Can anything interesting be done with all the rice I have collected from events?

You will need to grow rice as part of the event, but I can't remember how much you'll need, keep hold of the seeds for now Cheshi
