Send a message to support through the contact us at the bottom of the screen. You should receive an automated response from them letting you know they received the request and a ticket number. Due to the backlog they are experiencing they may take up to four weeks before they actually get around to deleting it.

They also automatically delete inactive accounts after a while, so you can leave the account active in case you change your mind later. If you don't, it'll be gone after a while anyway.

They are not deleting any accounts (regardless of age) if the player has bought any gold so if a player wants to be positive their account gets deleted contacting support is still the best way. :)

I think it maybe could help a little, if they make it possible that players by themself can delete their account, if they are sure that they left the game forever and don't want to play the game again.
Of course not everybody will take the time to delete their account when they left the game, but I think I'm not the only one who will delete my account that day I want to leave the game forever, it's was possible.

You gonna have a ticket from support. You must send it back and after awhile your having a message, where they are asking you your account name, password, server and reason not to play. You must send that information to the support, by answering that message.
I don't remember if there is other guestions. Sorry, my english is not so good, hope you understand

The problem with that is I'm sure they'd get a flood of tickets about people accidentally deleting their game or deleting it and then regretting it. People rage!quit on the internet a lot and all that rage!quitting makes for a lot of regret. If even half of them thought they could get their accounts back, that'd be a lot of emails for support to go through. I think it might be less work for support to leave it for themselves to do.

Theres a trick to deleting your account first you must donate all your cash and gold to your cooperative, then you leave the cooperative. now heres the tricky part you havta put your right finger into your left ear at the same time clicking on the x in the box on the top right hand corner of the screen. now your account is gone as long as you don't try to go back on it, if you do it will be reactivated and you'll have to do it all over again.

Bustaa, are you sure your finger doesn't go in your nose. I'm sure it'll work better there.

    :)

I totally agree this is a very valid way of deleting my account if I wanted to . . . except for two minor issues. The constant "your animals are starving" emails you receive from Big Farm (which amazingly stop once support deletes your account for you) and why should I punish the game by taking up valuable server space for a game I no longer want to play . . . it is not their fault that I got bored.

But like you said, if you don't want to jump through those hoops . . . just log out and never log in again. If you bought any gold, your game will be waiting for you whenever you want to reactivate it since they will not delete those games.

I'm sure Bustaa can provide you with instructions for that too.

That would probably be to put your left finger into your right ear while right clicking one of the e-mails and choosing for block sender or anything like that :3

6 months if you have never purchased gold... Then if you have purchased it will not go away unless you contact support
