More variety of crops

It would be nice if there was a bigger variety of crops to plant in the fields eg: potatoes, carrots etc... with a variety of growing times.

I agree, like we need to be able to do something with the extra cabbage & corn! Transfer them & use them in cooking???

i also agree with you both i think this would work for every one,as you said potatoes carrots, tomatoes onions can all be used on the gourmet farm, also a different range of fruits strawberrys, grapes raspberrys could also be grown all at different time scales

Could make onion soup or beef stew in the kitchen. They could add a berry pie recipe to the kitchen so the berry crops had a use.

I like the idea of other crops. I would like one that takes about twenty minutes to grow, and one that takes three or four hours.

A 10h or 12h crop would be good for overnight

A herb garden would be nice with rosemary, thyme, sage etc... Maybe a fire pit where stuff can be roasted eg: Spit roasted pig - rosemary, potato and pigs

Yaa..the devs must allow all crops in the world to be grown in the farm. How many varieties will be enough .. 100? 1000?

I agree more crops would be nice and to solve 1 problem they can be seasonal. Plus select them from different regions. 1 or 2 extra every couple of months would be nice. :)

8)If we ever get the horses, maybe they will have an oats crop. You could also make oat flour, in the mill, for the bakery. That might take a long time.
We could also have soy beans. You can make a lot of things out of soy beans. ^^

Am not saying add them all just saying more than 3 or 4 permanent field crops per farm would be nice. I think seasonal crops is a good idea(ones that can be brought with farm cash).
