Yes you can make a screenshot and save it. I usually make a screenshot & paste it in MS Paint and save it. :)

I have just started playing the Farm this past week, having a lot of fun and did realize pretty quickly the way to success is to conserve space & fill the unused land with "happiness" which can either save you income or even offer free production.
The tool is amazing - works very well without downloading - just open in browser [chrome user here] and see how you can optimize your land :)

    Thank you so much !!

I don't see what the fuss is about. It's no fun and it is not confortable to use. It is much more interesting just to do it directly on the farm!

It's not about "fun" in and of itself but of maximizing the use of space. Depending on how far along you are, you'll be wanting to strike a good balance between production items, staff buildings and decorations which produce "happiness". Happiness is what keeps your production costs down. The better use of space allows you to create the best balance so that your production costs are at their lowest. Some players have broken it down even further so that they will evaluate each decoration to it's happiness value per property square. A 4x4 piece worth 24 happiness points is more valuable than a 4x5 piece worth 25 happiness points because: 4x4 = 16 & 24/16=1.67 (approx.) .. while 4x5=20 & 25/20=1.25 ..A tiny difference to be sure, but still, the 4x4 piece IS more valuable per square. And so on. In the end though, it's up to the individual to decide to use it or not .. =D

I do have one issue though, it might be me but it seems as if some of the pieces aren't quite the "correct" size on the tool as they are in the game. I was doing some rearranging last night and was trying to place some pieces and no matter how much I tried, they wouldn't fit as the tool said they should. I'll come back and list the objects I thought weren't matching. If I was just too tired, I'll come back and either withdraw my objection or delete this post, whichever I'm allowed.

I think you accidentally placed one of the objects they had to fit next to not completely tight against another object. Sometimes it is difficult to see that you can move it just one line of squares up or down or left or right. Try moving them a bit until the outline is red and then carefully move them one square in until the out line is green. Does it fit now? (It happens to me all the time that I do not see a line of squares behind the building because the building is in front of it, when I try to move it back one square I can just do that and it solves all fitting problems ^^)

This tool is great but I think a huge improvement would be if you could actually see what the size of the shape is as well so instead of it saying Goats it said Goats 6 x 6. This would help when you are looking for shapes to fit how many spaces you have left.

Had the task for 24 decorations I was at 23 and didn't see any possible way of getting another on the farm. Well I played around with this tool a bit and not only did I get 1 more decoration on the farm I got 2 LOL. Awesome job on this tool.

I have been lurking around this forum for quite a while and just yesterday decided to see what this thing was all about..... very interesting, indeed. I have been playing around with this tool for about 15 hours straight and will have those lil songs in my head for weeks. Thanks for the helpful redecorating tool, it is very useful. Although, I did finally find the Music Off button. Found it about 12 hours too late, but I found it.

All of my land was being used for a long time but just recently I began knocking things down to make room for increased production and I couldn't find the right patterns for what I was looking to do. This definitely helps, but im still searching for that right pattern, so back to the drawing board, music off... til I find the proper fits. Thanks again.

I downloaded this file but I can't get it to do anything. I click on the different squares but nothing happens. I am not computer savvy so what am I doing wrong? At the top it says to go to Gourmet Farm (which I did) but makes no difference. It wants to open in in Zoom player. Is that normal?
