I can see your cherry orchard. try refreshing. that fixes most problems

Logging out and then back in again will indeed probably be enough to clear it

If not try clearing your flash cache while logged out of your farm. Refresh before logging back in. Clearing your browser cache won't hurt either

The animated donkeys with animations off is still happening.

The green refresh arrow for projects is still not functioning properly for me

Flash and browser cleared twice
And it doesn't function fully for my other co-op members either

It DOES works when I have just done something towards the total and then refresh. That is collected some eggs or whatever myself

It DOESN'T if I just click it to see how close we are to finishing, without collecting something myself first

I have been playing this game for over a year now. I really can say if I have stuck with this game on a daily basis that I enjoy it. Never have stuck with a game this long............. ever. Like PINJO stated all games have bugs and even though it is just a game, thats just what it is, a game. Its not real life or real issues. No reason far as I can see to get yourselves all worked up. I must say that Big Farm has done a great job in creating a game that is fun to play and fun to meet new online friends. Keep up the great job you are doing and thanks for having a forum for the players to voice their issues. And having lived on a real life farm for the past 34 years, I must say, this is nothing like the real farming world, but a great break from it!

I have found that if you hover your mouse over it and it is counting down (like you just came into the game or switch farms), it will do nothing if you click . . . but it will refresh once it is done counting down. The old refresh button did this too but it turned gray when it was doing it . . . this one stays green regardless.

Thank you for the suggestions. I really do appreciate very much your thoughts on why I don't have the fertilizer. I will try to reply to them all.

Yes, I do know about the silos' symbiosis. Yes, I do realize the amounts of what the different orchards use. I had saved up the fertilizer prior to using the the fertilizer (now that I use the bakery). I had saved up for the co-op apple quest, and wasn't using it on any of the orchards. The dung and subsequent fertilizer were gone prior to using it now. (I don't know if I am explaining it via text properly, but thank you for your input.)

Oh, and if you are using Internet Explorer, Microsoft and even Homeland Security (US) advised not to.

There is a known bug with the refresh button.
Georgenollie summed it up pretty well: the button is not greyed out, but a small cooldown is triggered after pressing it and it won't register clicks until the cooldown is over.

I think GGS should test all the updates out on another server before putting them live for the players you would get less players complaining i have never really know a game company that don't test there upgrades out before hand also by testing the upgrades it is better for your company because the more complaints you get leads to more unsatisfied players leading to less players leading to less gold buying i would have thought this only makes sense.

I don't see the mismatching in missions being fixed. Just played a mission against a player 90 levels higher than me. This player was also rated over a 1500 places higher than me for reputation points.

When all that happiness mess came, i started playing another online game.
In that game its possible to put your account on holiday mode. Inactive accounts are deleated, except if they are on holiday mode.
Why not implement that here?

I was wrong. my bakery is not working. Just thought it was because it looked like it sold part of the inventory. but it didn't. Still have to go to farm management to sell some.

As of 5/1/14 the humus has not been fixed along with other bugs. Any idea when it will be addressed?

Another thought.. Sometimes someone has to go into a medical facility (hospital/rehab) for treatment, and they are expected to be out in 3 months, but then the stay is extended for much longer due to infections, complications, etc., and they don't necessarily have access to a computer either. I would not want my account where I have paid my hard earned money do be deleted just because of inactivity, especially since there is no way for someone to let people know the situation.

Medical issues, military deployment, and other reasons are why people don't/can't get on to the game to play unexpectedly.

Ok so if you just joined yesterday your accounts would not have been subjected to the purge of inactive accounts.
Two reasons why:
1. The purge occurred on April 29
2. The purge only affected accounts that were inactive for 6 months.
You just joined yesterday.

It is more likely that you are trying to log in under the wrong server. Take a look at which server you see on the log in page. According to your signature you should be logging into the EN server. Sometimes the log in page will default to the WWW server, if you try to log on to this server your farm will not exist.

Also whenever you have problems logging in you should clear your cache and all that browser jazz.

Check your server flag on the log in page . . . you probably logged in on a different server.

Thank you Latten...will be nice to know what we have been working towards with the new missions...plus to see how many we have earned...that is if I understand what you posted. Wouldn't be the first time I misunderstood a post. Be safe and hug your pet they need your love...but gently with the gold fish...they seem a bit ticklish the way they flop around....

Why aren't the new certificates listed under Equipment? Seems a very logical thing to do and wouldn't be very hard.
