    I did not receive an email from Big Farm for any voucher! Why? Where is my voucher? Yes I checked spam folder!

    Used voucher code copied & pasted from my email from GGS, but got a message telling me an unknown error had occured.
    Then...surprise....went back to my Farm and see that the violet & rose seeds, along with Gold had been applied to my account.

    What was the criteria for gifts, did everyone got gold or just gold buyers? All I got was 5 lousy rose seeds. Not cool at all.

    kennetha I never got the e-mail so how do i get a code??

    Neither have I. It would seem that everyone should get the offer.

    it is still coming us as an invalid code.....i have tried it 4 times now.....only 2 tries left as u can only have 6 attempts......how will i know when to try again......i missed out on half the last lot of vouchers that went for a month with the invalid code coming up....i re copied and pasted of email i received.....my 2 farm on a different server did not receive a code with the email the sent at all. my sister received only 5 rose seeds and she is a much higher level player than me and has been playing 4 months longer than me....is it random what u receive?????

    Sinz, please don't try the code any more on that account - it will end up with it blocked and you'll need Support to unblock it for you. The code is account specific. Basically, you must have another account that you've either intentionally or accidentally created on another server that the code works for. I would suggest you try it on that account.

    I had to set up a gmail account to get emails from GGS. Since setting up Gmail account I get all freebies and notices with no problem.

    i have not received a email from you guys at all in my email i am the only one in my coop that has not received one is there anything that can be done about this or did i just miss out on it?

    didnt get an email and feeling quite mad that they think telling some of the players about this milestone and not others is very lame / rude / unfair / bad idea
    it just breeds discontent and makes players who hear of it second hand feel like the red headed step child

    I got 3 emails for my 3 servers but no code in them. I've deleted them. Maybe I shouldn't have. :(

    hi kat ....i do have another account on another server and the code just arrived for that farm and it works...just 5 rose seeds only...this is the only account i have on us server and like i said i copied pasted from the email directly and shows up invalid code.....it happened a lot with the last batch of codes that went for a month...some worked some came up invalid...my sister french account came up invalid code from the email she got but the Australian server farm she has worked fine with that code that was sent...like me , we both got 2 emails each and 4 different codes...each one individual to that farm....
    my us is my first farm and it doesn't work and her Au farm is her first farm and does work so my theory about perhaps the code goes to your last farm that u opened docent work

    well i received an email with no code....oh well...perhaps i have have criticized GGS with the lack of a safeguard against gold use loss....it would have been nice to have been acknowledged by GGS for continually playing for over a year and bringing family and friends into the game....but its there choice...if they feel im not worthy enough to receive rose seeds .. then that speaks volumes about the way this company treats loyal long time players....

    agree, no vouchers here...... has someone been on my farm without me knowing and rifled through my post, ill be getting bigger dog....

    Just be happy if you get an e-mail form GGS with a reward. I am pretty sure i don't get an e-mail because of me playing on an external gaming site. And if i get an e-mail i am pretty sure the voucher doesn't work like the summer codes every day.

    Just a little information. GGS has posted a new code on their Facebook page,everyone can reedem it ;)

    I am sure i haven't got the reward because i play on a gaming site and they only support gold and dollars.

    If you are blocked you must contact support. They can help you unblock your account.

    Hey EricAllen3,

    we try to unblock every account after 24-48 hours.
    So there is no need to contact support about this issue for now - a reply could take a while anyway, because they have to handle a lot of requests right now.

    Both codes are available until at least sunday, so please try again tomorrow.

    Nobody in my entire co-op has had a voucher, emails to say celebrate with us but not much to celebrate with :(
