We Need A Change Finding Co-Op members

there needs to be an easier way to find active players. All my friends who do recruiting tell me to use the Ranking System to look for an invite ppl to our co-op.I'e been trying and i'd like to suggest some changes.
#1 Why can't we send an invitation to someone already in a co-op?
we all can decide whether to accept or not, we don't need Big Farms to protect us from someone asking us whether we want to leave or not, right?
#2 There needs to be a way to find ppl who aren't in a co-op other than scrolling thru name after name on the lists possibly in the drop down menu
#3 add a "search by level" in the drop down menu!!
there's search by XP and "by achievement" how about "by player level"?
it sure would make things easier
#4also when you look at a farm you should be able to go right back to the rank list where you were looking, it sure is a pain to hae to reload the list and your search AND look for where you left off.

I don't like #1 - but would love to have the other 3 suggestion implemented in game

I agree with you lyradangel2!! I also do not like suggestion #1, however the other 3 suggestions are a super idea. Trying to find people with the existing lists becomes quite tedious.. It would make is especially easier, and would make the whole process much more streamlined, and quicker. Thanks for your great ideas!!

Yes, this is something that keeps showing up in the forum threads too. Searching for new members to invite to a cooperative is easily the worst duty of a deputy or leader. It also hurts my wrist clicking on every single player there is :(

It would amazing if changes could be made to just show us people that aren't in a cooperative. If we can't send an invite to someone in a coop already, why even have them show up?

However, do we actually know if the person fails to get an invite? I know we get a warning message that says the player is already in a coop, but does the person still get an invite? That I don't know the answer to.

Yes they do receive the invite. One of the high level players in my coop receives invitations all the time

I know what a pain in the rear to have to go back and forth to the farm to the search box and find the rankings all over again. I have to copy paste because of this. I completely agree there needs to be a revamping of this system.

Thanks Grace for your clarification! Then I guess there is the reason why those people in a coop still show up in the list when searching for people to invite.

I agree w/the others-easier searching and go back to where you left off. Also would be great if I could email/message several people -not just one or all in our coop.

I would love to see a way to click on a persons name here on the forums and have a simple menu pop up. With their user name, then farm name (that you can click and visit that farm) and Co-op status. And a simple color change on the status that shows In a co-op, not in but looking and not in not looking.

I agree with #2,3,4, but not 1. I get all kind of request to leave my cooperative and join another cooperative - I do not want a in box full of invite I not interested in .

I also agree with number 2, 3, and 4 but number 1 would make it so that the top co-ops would most likely get all the active players

I don't know i love getting invites from other coops even though i am happy leading my coop. Hey it happens. And my other coop members get tickled pink when it happens too. I love it too when they get offers. I think its the greatest compliment when they get an offer and an even greater compliment to me when my members don't leave. So really I don't mind.

Absolutely, agree that something should be done with the way we need to look for members at the moment. Already posted in several threads similar to this, so hopefully it will get the attention of game developers this time. Don't like the first suggestion on the list, but support other three suggestions. Would also like to see an icon next to players name on the ranking list if he/she is interested in joining a coop (similar to the one we have next to the coop name on coops ranking list when we are looking for members)

I completely disagree. I hope they never change the system.

It's a pain in the neck, but if it was made easier to find good people, then low level coops will be able to find the really good players.

    Keep it broken, less competition.

Good response George never thought of it that way, and come to think of it lower level coops sometimes just lay down and die off, leaving great players behind. However the one pain in the kneck problem I use to have was going back and forth to the farms. I guess that is why I have the copy paste method now. I copy it to my spreadsheet. Some people write it down then type it back out. But i completely understand why you see it the way you do.

It's definitely not a perfect system. It's difficult with the constant back and forth checking out farms. It's tiresome and takes time away from your farm. But, I can withstand it if that means less low level coops taking in good players.
