Yes, 35 Drops rarely from Apple Orchards during Task 6.

Meanwhile I'm preparing a list for 2 drop rates ( rare and regular one )

I will add it soon in my Ist Post and spreadsheet as well.

Any reason why the spreadsheet (and others if I remember correctly) now require login.
Sorry but I have no reason to share that info...

Just harvested 850 Apples for task 5 and none of them counted toward the 6,700 needed. Anyone else having this problem?

You DO NOT need to login to view the spreadsheets at all.

If you are still not getting access to view the sheets, can you please tell us what message you are getting so we can look in to it, but of course you can still get most of the information from the first post in this thread about this event.

Only an editor (thats me and Prince Manish 3) need to login to make any changes.

This is the first that i have heard of such an issue. For now i would advise you to :
    • Try logging out of the game and login again or refresh the game.
    • and delete the browser browser cache and flash cache.
Plz go to this post to see how to do it:

    How to clear the cache

If you continue to face this issue and the apples are still not counted to the task requirement you may need to contact support.

Gud luck and happy farming! :)

I cannot BEGIN to express how much I DETEST the hunting for stuff tasks.

It just happens I had all day today with nothing to do but sit by the computer and check my three farms.
ALL DAY and I don't even have a thousand in two farms, not even a third in my other.
And what about the players who don't have all day to harvest corn, eggs, the mill.... over and over? Events are just frustrating.
I tell ya, when these kinds of events are over, I'm so sick of this game I usually just harvest in the morning and before bed, and leave it off all day.

The apples task wasn't bad. I know exactly how many I'll get and how often. Got up three times last night to harvest knowing full well that last task would be a ****. The sooner I got a start the better. But a FULL DAY of this? And I don't even have half the footprints needed?

Oh... and yea. MORE THAN A FEW TIMES NOW I have harvested apples with not one foot print to be found.
Chickens are hit or miss for the lousy two prints. Often I get nothing. Crops, barely put out a drop in the bucket.
And the mill, which looks like it's spitting out a pile, why does my number barely budge?

This is a real drag. I wish the designers would NOT make so many fishing for things tasks in these events. It sucks all the fun out of this.

Agreed. Usually when these events are happening I'm at home, which has no internet. Only time I get internet is when I'm visiting my parents for the weekend or using a public computer. This is actually the first event in a loooong time where I've been able to play almost all 7 days (well technically 6, missed the first day). Sadly I'm still halfway through the final task.

I was just getting the Google sign on screen.
I've now done some more googling and it seems there's a bug such that if you have an old cookie (or old credentials of some sort) it asks you to sign in even if the spreadsheet doesn't require it. I've cleared cookies and some cache and now have access to your useful spreadsheets again.

    Thanks.

Silver. At the start of the event the tasks and the reward are set, no matter what happens to your levels during the event.

Hello ann345, the photos are only found from any Animals and Processing buildings - fields don't belong in the processing buildings although I can see why you'd think they do, I thought so too at first. (:
So keep your mill, silo and animals running nonstop and you should be good! ^-^/

How does anyone manage to finish these and get the reward without using gold?
I've been playing pretty much all day, now the task is to feed the cows 10 times, each time is 7 hours, that's 70 hours, 3 days. There is no way I'm going to finish on time to get the magic sphere.

By being well prepared. I do have to admit it is easier for higher levels. I mean, I had to feed my cows 13 times, had 6 sheds, built an extra 7th shed so I was done within 14 hours. I also have 5 apple orchards on level 5, so the apple task goes very fast. But also for those that do not have all that yet a lot of people build extra, temporary things, even though their happiness has to go down for that for a while. The decos that can be won in these kind of events are so important, especially for lower levels, that it is not much of a problem running on high costs for a while. The more of these decos you have, the less decos you need, the more space becomes available on your farm to focus on production.

And being well prepared can go very far, also not so far. If you think a particular event may come on Monday or Tuesday you can set your farm ready and not harvest before it has arrived. You can also open the spreadsheet immediately when the event has started and focus on the fastest overflow in the next task possible.

In short, it means that having short money and gold will get you nowhere. The game is designed to spend real cash, it's the only way to win.

Well, no. I did those events without gold a lot. I did not spend much money on the game, though I did spend a bit. Like, 50 euros in total maybe? I did spend some gold sometimes on the events, but that was mostly gold I got from the game. You just need to work on your farm and be prepared. Being prepared does not include having/buying gold. Did you see me mention gold anywhere in that post you quoted?
