i can't get welcome gift

    Thank you Larino, nothing in my spam either. I shall try to contact support, but my English is not so wel so i hope i can explane what i mean.

    I would like to make a remark though. If Rosy3 and you are the same person, you should also ask support to close one of those accounts down. You are not allowed to have multiple accounts on the same server. If you want to have more than one account, start one on a different server, for example the French, German or English server (includes UK, USA and Australia - India also has a lot of English speaking).

    In het Nederlands: je mag maar 1 account per server hebben. Als jij en Rosy3 dezelfde persoon zijn, is het misschien slim om support te vragen een van die accounts te beeindigen. Als je wel meerdere accounts wilt, kun je een nieuwe starten op een andere server, bijvoorbeeld de Franse, Duitse of Engelse server (met inbegrip van Engeland, Amerika en Australie - India heeft ook een heleboel Engels).

    i don't know where i can find the link to be click for me to get the welcome gift. i sent my email add again and it said my welcome gift is already sent.. but i got nothing. pls help me to find the link..

    Did you get the e-mail on your e-mail account? If no, then did you check the spam inbox? If you did get the e-mail, then read it and the link should be in the text, with a sentence that says something like: "click on this link to collect your welcome gift." If the e-mail is nowhere, not even in your spam inbox, try a different e-mail address with a different provider. If it still does not work, then you can e-mail support, tell them all you tried and they can add it for you.

    Hi names Rebeccajo and im a newb too having a lot of trouble collecting welcome gifts gold especially only logged in my second day. Help!!

    If you are not getting the e-mail, check your spam/junk/promotions folder in your e-mail client. If there is nothing either, try a different e-mail address. Still nothing, please contact support through the contact us link at the bottom of this page. Good luck!

    And if you have received the email, you need to log out of the game first and then click the link in the email. That link includes a code to deliver your gift, but it doesn't always work right if you're logged in when you click it.

    um I really don't know what a spam folder is could you help

    The spam folder is a folder in your e-mail programme (like inbox, outbox, sent items) that intercepts mails that may be marked as spam. Thus junk mails that you may not want to see. Most promotions and advertising mails end up in there. The mail from GGS is seen as advertising and therefore may also end up in there. In some mail programmes the spam folder is called a junk folder and in some online mail clients, gmail iirc, it is called promotions.

    how do I get my welcome gift I have been doing it for a long time but still cannot find it so were is it.:(

    If it is not in your e-mail inbox, please check your spam/junk/promotions folders. If there is nothing either, you will need to use a different e-mail address, because some e-mail clients block promotional e-mails.

    Okay, I'm having the same issue with my 4th farm...

    I know my email works, I get emails for my other 3 farms, so it isn't that. I entered the address for the welcome gift yesterday when I started the farm, and it didn't come. So I thought I must have just mistyped it (twice, both boxes), so tried again today! Still no.

    Do I need to contact support? Or just try yet again tomorrow? Yes, I checked my spam folder too, though none of it ever goes there...

    If all other mails do come through and after trying twice you did not get your welcome e-mail, you can contact support.
