After asking the above question i went back to the tool and played around with it and found the solution on my own and when i came back to delete my question(post) i found 2 replies!!! LOL
once again thanks for the quick replies.
I will leave the post there in the hope that it helps anyone else with the same question.
PS: any advise one the best arrangement of buildings in the main farm and should i use deco items that are size 4x4 or 4x5 or 5x5 or something else to get max possible happiness? (I am at Level 43).
here is my current arrangement(in pic-reply if u cant see it):
hope this works
Oh, good! I hate when people delete posts and comments as if nobody else would ever want to know the answer to the same question! (Ob-xkcd reference.)
Since you're level 43 already, the short answer is "right now, build lakes; but plan for changes later".
Put your flowerbeds and ornamental trees into storage as you replace them, because the 4x4's in particular are useful temporarily later on to fulfill the tasks for having x number of decorations; there's one for 22, and the next is 36 IIRC. On the gourmet farm, there's one for 46 decorations (which is why I have huge tracts of land there covered in 4x4's until I buy one more expansion to complete it).
When you're at lower levels you can get away with building the cheapest decorations for a while, but as you expand and upgrade houses, you need to start paying attention to and concentrating on happiness per square. The relevant thing is not what specific size a decoration is, it's the intersection of how much happiness in how little space it can contribute to your farm. This spreadsheet can help you with that.
Event prize decorations are going to have the best per-square values (with a few exceptions), so give them preference no matter what size they are. If you have gold to spend, those decorations will be far more valuable than the same sizes for regular decorations. After that, the decorations that are only available during theme events will be best, especially the gold ones. The unicorn statue has a better per-square value than even event prizes; it is only surpassed by the scarecrow and the wellspring of charity.
It's a pity you didn't ask this last week when you could have been building stone dragons; those are available from level 42, and are the second-best per-square that farm dollars can buy. If you reach level 48 by the time the fairy tale event rolls around again, enchanted trees are the best. When the camping event comes next, thickets are better than lakes.
But since there's no theme event going on right now, build lakes, which are the best farm dollars can buy outside an event. And then fill in with whatever sizes and shapes are necessary for whatever empty space you have left.
helps alot

You replace your decorations as much as possible with higher value ones. The low value ones you can store for back-up. If you really do not use them any more you can place them again and demolish to get half of the money back
So I have a suggestion: Is there a way to put the name of the decoration on like the squares that it pertains to. Like Lake on the 5x5 square. That way when I or others are trying to design their farm, they know exactly what decoration goes where. Then you can have some squares that just has the sizes for new deco or something along this like. Either that or maybe when we want the 5x5 square, click on it, then be able to write on it what the deco is. Not sure if either of these is possible. I am sure I am not the only person that has an issue with this.
I do want to say again that you have done a wonderful job on this application...thank you very much.
and to the OP, thank you thank you! i use your tool to remordel my co-op friends farms all the time!!!
It's great!
Thank you Latten for the help. When I changed the File name to .swf - it did download it. And then I was able to open with an Adobe Stand Alone Flash Player. Thanks again
[edit:peggy you don't need a dropbox account. You can also try opening it with VLC player or GOM player. [/QUOTE]

In order to rotate the "buildings", you have to drag & drop them into the rectangle with the circular arrows.
