account blocked! HELP!

hello! im just wondering.. my friend account in indian server was block.. how's that happened? he don't know what to do.. please can u tell me what to do? i want to help him too. :(

    Your friend will have to contact Support to get this straightened out. The most common reason for getting blocked is starting more than one account on the same server.

    Reading the Terms of Use (linked on the login page) is usually a good idea.

    It's unlikely that your friend was blocked without previous contact from Support unless their action or behaviour was extremely serious. They probably know why they were blocked. But if they really don't or think the block was wrongly applied they need to contact Support. There is nothing you can do
