A few things.

GoodGame has been introducing some really nice new features and have run some fun events here lately. I especially love the sow last seed button and the visible project panel down with the missions. The limited time events have been fun and the cooperative tree is just so cute. But as interesting as these things have been I personally would like the "next big thing" to be something new for players to incorporate into their farms. Big Farm will be a year old in a few months and still has the same three animals and the same three crops on the main farm. It seems like many online games usually add new things for the players to use in their games.
I used to play a game called Monster Galaxy where you do battles to capture monsters. The game was always introducing new monsters to be captured. Now in all honesty, they just added way to much and it was to overwhelming trying to keep up. I'm not looking for a grand selection of crops or every possible animal you find on a farm made available. But it would be nice to see a new crop, or animal and after all this time. I feel that Big Farm's got a lot of potential to add a couple of great things.
I've actually have my heart set on just three things I'd love to see that, in my opinion seems like cool items to add to you're wonderful game. And could be expanded on in the future.
But what I am getting at is why is something new not added occasionally? I recently suggested potatoes to grow in the garden which could be made into french fries. It seems like it could be appropriate to add sheep for wool sales. And I love the idea of a cotton crop which we would just sell like we did with wildflowers before the flower farm. I can see where cotton might not quite fit in as there wouldn't be anything else to do with it. But making dollars makes every player happy. Also I have a vision of seeing white puffy cotton ready to harvested from my fields. Does GoodGame plan to just stay with the games original elements? Will there ever be anything similar to what I described above added? Perhaps there was never a plan to do so?
Now I'll not lie. I am very online gaming technology stupid. I see you add events easily enough so I wonder why why potatoes couldn't be added just as easily. Is there a difference in how a new crop might be added as opposed to running the charity event. Well, I know I've asked many different things and I'm kind of all over the place here. I love the game but wish for different features to be offered.
I guess I'd just like to understand better why some things happen and others don't. Sorry if I did nothing but confuse anyone reading this. I do appreciate anyone giving it a read through. Thanks for the great game!

Good ideas, but its hrd to implement extra things as due to the limited farm space you have. Then there should also be room for extra land.

Maybe it's an idea to expand the main farm the estate so that more options can be added to the game and the magic tree then integrated at the farm. Say that the magic tree farm is the Centre of the head. Therefore, all built back than, but more land available for new elements that could be added to your farm

I am with you on this, short 79, new things always make the game more interesting. We recently had a new poduction building introduced - nursery, and it had raised some concerns amongst higher level players, that they have their farms fully built up, so stables with new animals might have the same issues, but there is always hope that some day there will be more land available. On the other hand, new crops can be grown in exsisting fields and gardens, so should be much easier to implement

That was really well written and fankly speaking awesome too but I have to agree with Girl Alexandria on the problems that can arise from introducing new varities of stables......:)

I agree with you Short, I would love to see some new crops. Pigs can eat the potatoes. We do have the the special crops, like rice, beans and sunflowers, but a new, regular crop would be nice. I love to see my fields underwater with the rice seeds. I too would love to see sheep on the farm and I know horses are a hot favourite for many.

We will be getting a new farm soon, and who knows what GGS have in store for that? Maybe there will be new things on our main farm to integrate with the new farm? I do think GGS are doing a great job with implementing new features and additions to the game. We have the special events which are a lot of fun. New decorations. The coop tree is a brilliant addition. The twins - our coop loves them! I am sure they have much more in store for us!

I just want to say how much i love all new additions and special events, that make me even more eager for new things as crops and why not stables. Also i have to acknowledge that GGS are always evolving the game and keeping it interesting and fun, despite occasional problems/glitches, really appreciate their effort. So keep up the good work in hope of some players' ideas will be implemented.

If I could get sheep on my main farm, I'd happily throw down some other animals on my fully built-out main farm. The nursery I also managed to puzzle in :)

Eagle owl, that is an awesome avatar! Can you somehow send me that picture? Just for me to have, won't steal your avatar :)

Gwendolen, I'm convinced that you can fit an entire cluster of new stables into an already full farm! :p

I can't tell you how much I appreciate you saying so! I had a lot of thoughts and feelings about various subjects and after I wrote this, I was really concerned that I had ended up not making any sense at all. Your comment helped relieved me of that notion. So thank you very much!

As for all the other wonderful feedback. Thanks for taking the time to read. I know I try to keep in mind that even though I would love to see new things like this added, that it is probably difficult to implement such things into the game's design. But there still some frustration about all the unused potential of the game. It's great so many people like my ideas. And as it was mentioned, there looks to be a new farm in the horizon. Can't wait to see what's in store1
