  On your link to the last calendar that you posted above, you said that "the rest of the calendar remains unchanged".

   Fishing HWE: 29/08 (after the update) - 02/09
  New Farmer's League: 29/08 (after the update)
  
   The rest of the calendar remains unchanged."

  28/08 - 30/08 - Fishing Hardworker Event (counting for Farmer's League)
  30/08 - 02/09 - Coop Hardworker Event
  31/08 - 29/09 - Candy Farm
  
   Thank you for your understanding and happy farming!"

  yes ... no CHWE until the 13th September.
  It is all subject to change.

  Ahh, with you stating that the rest of the calendar remains unchanged (apart from the FHWE and new Farmers League) a lot of people presumed that the co-op HWE would still start today. People now have a lot of corn and humus to demolish Just one more question if I may. The last event on the calendar is the candy farm. I presume this remains unchanged. Is that still going ahead?

  That was not how I read it either. We are all expecting a chwe today, been waiting around, what a waste of time.

  Yes all these updates lately have been very confusing and not explained very clearly.When somebody says "and the rest of the calendar remains the same" that means "the rest of the calendar"  period.
