Ripped off in dream world

I paid Gold to get a level 2 library book in Tessa's Dream world last time it was here expecting it to be permanent seeing as I paid Gold for it.It has been stated in this forum before that if you pay Gold for something it is yours to keep permanently.All other library books that we purchase are permanent whether we purchase with Gold or farm dollars so Why did I not get to keep my library book in Tessa's that I bought using Gold?If this was not a mistake then GG has been lying to us and ripping us off.I would advise everybody not to use Gold to buy library book in Dream world cause you Will Not get to keep it.
