Goldfish Gone (again)!

This morning when I logged on, it showed that our co-op had earned 2 (TWO) for the Village Happiness (the bottom bar in the Goldfish Rescue window). Now it has reverted to 0 (ZERO).
We've been checking it because it has happened before (that time a score of 4 disappeared) and my co-op members confirm to me that they saw at least 1 (ONE) there last night.
Last time it happened I reported it to SUPPORT, but got NO JOY from them, as I didn't have a screenshot (so basically I was a liar). But who takes screenshots of the Goldfish Rescue window every few minutes????
We've been working very hard, with several members in the rankings, so this is really discouraging. How can we get decent help please???

My co-op members reporting this:
[11:42] Bennet Drake: Enos is at #49, I'm at #77 and Suze is at #88.
[11:43] rsmic: I'm #67 in my group
So... we need our Village Happiness points BACK please. We worked hard and earned them!
Are the timers (purple bars) not supposed to fill up to the RIGHT for us to gain Village Happiness?
I took a shot at 12:00 Central USA time, then again at 12:05, 12:10 and 12:30.
It shows clearly our points are going DOWN, and the bar is reducing to the LEFT. Please help me if I'm wrong.
12:00 SHOT
and goes down steadily until the last pic which says 96,351,832 MORE
The amount needed is reducing
Goldfish rescue in the GGSWiki HERE
OK thanks Rosie. I just don't understand it, because in the past my purple bar used to fill up to the RIGHT. Then it would add 1 Village Happiness, and start empty again on the LEFT (no purple). Either way, we had 2 Village happiness this morning and it disappeared. It's still not back - this is the second time it has happened.
At the moment it seems to be just Ripper Street affected
Now you have screenshots you could try support again
Attachments sometimes fail. If you send a support ticket without attachments you can send them as a reply to the auto acknowledgement
Your 1st 3 pics show you had 3 VHP, the last pic posted shows you have 4 VHP. I guess I am confused at where you see you have none?
Edit: oops, you mean the pond, not the deco VHP, my bad
I took a picture of mine tonight, to compare it tomorrow
Yeah I've not had any reply from support except the confirmation of a ticket received. And since it is weekend, I doubt anything will happen until Monday. Meanwhile we've earned back a measly 2 Village Happiness (bottom bar) where we should have 4. I took a screenshot last night too, but the last time it happened, it happened only ONCE and early on. We're pretty sad about it because all our members have been going full steam for this Goldfish Rescue and I believe 2 Rippers now lead their respective divisions.
From last night to today, our HP has gone up one. I will try to remember to keep an eye on it though, to see if it changes.
My only other thought on it, is if your village pond is being fed enough? IDK if that has any effect at all on the event, but I suppose it's possible.
Our pond is full... lol... one of the reasons we're really trying hard to get more fish, as we constantly have to sell feed at a loss. And our pond only needs 2 more levels to be maxed, We're working on getting one level higher now too (collecting materials). So no, our fish are fat! Come on over for a fish fry... lol.
