In-Game loss SUPPORT please HELP

Hi, I tried to create a support ticket but, it kept saying my email and/or user name wasn't found// I used a Championship token to buy a second Kite for my mail farm (already have one on my flower farm). The game took the 8,000 tokens yesterday, July 23, 2022, for theKite but, kite but, it has not shown up in my dropbox. What happened to it?

    You can only buy one acrobat kite.

    If you already have one, the WWC coins buy an upgrade, not another kite.
