Fast, large product harvests

I have been seeing players dump tens of thousands or hundreds of thousands of products within the first 20 seconds of a mission.  For example, someone dropped 11,716 rutabaga in the first 20 seconds of a mission I was just playing.  A few days back, it was over 100,000 milk in 20 seconds.  I understand people generating the amounts they are generating, but I am surprised with the speed at which they do this.  How is this done?  What am I missing?

Books from the library, booster tokens from the dairy(s) placed in stables, orchards, and apiaries, lots of tiny stables (like candy cows and viking ducks) with a water tower to save on feed/fertilizer, running a level 8 power house on the maximum setting to boost stable production on the main farm, seaweed feed/humus/fertilizer (the water tower reduces the costs of that too),and speeding harvests with gold.

Edit - Also the servers don't immediately update. They may have been clicking on lots of stables between the time the server updated or they might have spent gold to use the turbo harvester.

In addition to all of the above, there are some players who are able to make the XL Obsidian seeds for main farm field missions and use their level 10 fertile fields with seaweed humus. For instance XL Obsidian corn with library books, three level-5 corn booster badges on the board will harvest 44,289 just on one level 10 fertile field. So if one had say 10 such fields with 44,289 corn harvest each, they can easily achieve 442, 890 with just 10 clicks of their mouse.

Thanks @Grandpa Squeak (US1) and @ChickadeeQuilter.  I have more things to look out for.  I have a level 8 power house (which won't help rutabagas), level 2 library books for most main farm things, level 1 booster badges on the board, and use seaweed from time to time, so while I above base level amounts, I apparently have a way to go.  No dairy booster tokens or Obsidian seeds yet, and several levels of badges and books to go.

I note that it truly was within 20 seconds that they had these numbers, so I think ChickadeeQuilter's explanation makes sense to me.
  • On my farm 3, level 1 rutabaga dairy tokens will produce 1500 ruts with 1 click. 10 olive groves or orchards with level 1 rut dairy tokens can produce 15,000 ruts in 10 clicks without harvesting anything from fields on my main farm.
