Using skins in Communtity buildings

  I can't figure out how to use the special skins on buildings in the community building, can somebody help me please?

  You cannot apply skins to stables in a Community Building
  
  Apparently you can !

  Oh? then those booster skins are absolutely useless, unless you have the place to move the stable out of the Community Building, which most player don't, that is why we built the Community Building to free up space for other things, it is sad that we get stuff that we can't use,

  You can use skins on buildings in the community building. You have to choose upgrade button first:
  
  
  
  and then go to this button (don't konw eglish name):
  
  
  
  and you can use/change skin on the building without move it out of the Community Building
