I think you have mis read something
where is it that you see that;
"only first coop gets rewards", and "personnal rewards, only top3, and top 50" ?
In the current CHWE, I still see rewards based on the points anyone gets, as well as more than just the top co-op .....
Hard Worker rewards for personal progress

I see rewards given to the top 600
and here
I see the top 100, on the bottom right can scroll through the 18 rewards given in this area
