The tasks for Oleg start off on the flower farm, but later down the line some of them appear on the main farm 

Here is the list of Oleg's 26 tasks that was copied from crazybigfarm's site, and the farm where the task is located;

1 - flower - find the fisherman
2 - flower - donate eggs 10x and corn 10x
3 - flower - i) learn how to fish
                 ii) tell Oleg to fish for bass
                iii) start your training
4 - main - fish for 150 kg of bass
5 - main - donate 20 kg of carp
6 - flower - donate 80 kg of bluefish
7 - main - fish for 150 kg of bass
8 - flower - donate 48 kg of bass and 20 kg of bluefish
9 - main - donate 75 kg of carp and 150 kg of bass
10 - flower - donate 84 kg of bluefish
11 - flower - donate 250kg of catfish
12 - flower - donate 32 kg of pickerel
13 - flower - fish for 150 kg of carp, 230 kg of pickerel, 150 kg of bonito
14 - flower - buy simple bass bait 1x and use simple bass bait 1x
15 - flower - fish for 150 kg of catfish and 210 kg of bonito
16 - flower - fish for 230 kg of mahi-mahi
17 - main - fish for 140 kg of bass and donate eggs 140x
18 - main - produce milk 150x
19 - main - harvest wheat 150x
20 - flower - fish for 150 kg of bluefish and donate apples 150x
21 - flower - buy simple sturgeon bait 1x and use simple sturgeon bait 1x
22 - flower - buy drag reel 1x and medium monofilament line 1x
23 - flower - donate 640 kg of sturgeon and 240 kg of pickerel
24 - flower - donate 64 kg of bonito and 690 kg of sturgeon
25 - flower - buy large bucket 1x and wooden pole 1x
26 - flower - buy large minnow hook 1x and use large minnow hook 1x

    This is useful. I will mention that there is also another post about this already and it has some discussion about tasks, so if you are stuck on a task someone may have already discussed about it there.

    I posted this after several players had asked for it & I didn't find that other post. Good info there & it's more complete with the rewards too and the dockyard tasks ;)
