Island Farm didn't open

But, there was no task to start it, and on the farm map it still shows in monsoon season (aka I can't start the temp farm).
I have logged out, cleared cache & history and all that jazz, but I just got this notification again and still can't open the temp farm.

It does say 'today' and not now. I'm told the latest a temp farm has ever started is 18:00 CEST
I guess we have to wait a bit longer

It says the Tropical Farm is supposed to start today but it hasn't yet. Will it be starting today? Can a moderator look into this please and thanks?
