WoF getting in sync with relevant event

I really don´t understand why the WoF´s always is out of sync with the event they are supposed to support. 
Right now we have the pleasure park event and could do with the personal boosters you can win in the relevant WoF, but no, it is not going to show up until a couple of days through the event. This goes for ALL of the WoF´s. I will suggest that this is taken care of so the relevant WoF starts together with the event it is designed for.

    ?? But you won't spend as much gold that way ??  :D
     They don't want you to do well with out paying for it :)
    Hence why the WoF is never at the start of it's designed event ;)
