I get an error message when accessing the cat tree

I have received this error several times

    my dogs do that from time to time. I just reboot and it clears up

    Rebooting clears if for me when it happens, but isn't there something they can fix to prevent this from happening in the first place (or even not so often)?

    The team is already aware of this issue, however this seems to be happening at the client-side, so it is something browser related, the issue has a very low priority right now but might/maybe get addressed in the future.
