Half the bakery has crashed

Bageriet, Kvarnen och Silon har kraschat. Vad ska jag göra?
Jag har problem: command: PBFarmCollectProductRespons Error-Code: 2 Timestamp: 1601 249942  Zon: 17 Pid:821848


Translation:

The bakery, Kvarnen and Silon have crashed. What should I do?

    One of our QA specialists was checking this, and you will have to demolish and rebuild your cat tree inorder for you to harvest :)

    I'm having a problem with my bakery also. When I'm in the bakery and trying to ship an item in I click on the item I want to ship. That item is highlighted in yellow. When I backspace to try to adjust the amount I want to ship, I'm nor able to. I have to use the scroll bar or just keep clicking the + or- to get to the amount I want to ship. This started yesterday and has continued today. I have cleared my cache, closed the browser and restarted the computer. Nothing helps.
     Another problem I'm having-I'm not able to load my ship. When it docked tonight, I clicked to see what needed to add. Nothing happened. I again restarted my computer, but that didn't help. I am getting very frustrated with this game.
    I also reported a problem with the Northern Lights farm asking to have the field that had to be deleted and rebuilt replaced so that I would have my 2 fields. Nothing has been done about that either.

    Try using double-click and over-typing the amount, it works for me  :¬)

    BugsBunny - demolish and rebuild the cat tree to get the bakery to work? Are you kidding?
    I don't know about any one else, but there is no possible way I would ever inflict upon myself the grievous task of collecting cat charms to build that thing again. But regardless of that, I don't see how getting rid of my cat would/should help loading items in the bakery - logically that doesn't make sense (from a coding point maybe, but not logically) ..... here's to hoping they find a different way ;-)

    The GG techs are just determined to make us kill out cats. Sheesh. ;-)

    Unfortunately, for the meantime that is the only solution available which i am aware of, if that is the case the affected player can contact support team, they might be able to fix it for him  :)

    Seems this has been an issue since the first cat tree was placed on the GF!!! unbelievable they have not  found a cure for  it other than to demolish the cat tree :(

    For this reason I never put one on my GF, luckily saw people having the problems beforehand!

    Yes, though I did not have troubles with my cat tree on my GF, I knew others who did, so I went ahead and demolished it just in case.  I still have the cat & dog on the MF and FF.  They get along splendidly and love their farms.  Just curious are you also having troubles with your cat on the MF and FF?

    I had got sick of my cat tree and demolished it. Suddenly I can't harvest the bakery, silo, or water wheel. Ridiculous!
