On my server every player is getting Viking farm boosters except me why?

    sometimes it could be your level like some offers go to the higher levels versus the lower levels and it also could be that you just have not been getting lucky enough to catch it when it pops up

    On my server players name "Fenix" and mia. is low level than me get the booster but at the same time i m not.
    Problem here is that GGS is not answering my queries, i feel helpless.

    First one is the offer for other players and second one is for me at same time same level players.

    I contact support 2-3 times, they said we will figure out what happens to your id. But the problem still unsolved, feel helpless no clue what to do
