FHWE herring timer

     I've notice that the timer for level 8 of herring is unexpectedly off. I hope this is not intended, that the timer for level 8 herring drops to 3 hours to 5 hours. In level 7, the timer was 18 hours. When I collected more herrings such that there are enough for level 9, the timer went back up to 11 hours, for just 2 herrings above the requirement for level 9. 

     It was at this point that I realised it was weird, so I was not able to get a screenshot for level 7 and 8. May someone who has not got their herring to level 9 or above please double check.

    Off for me too. Only given me 5 hours. Next boat turns up in 9. I shall stop bothering.
    There is beginning to be a lot I could stop bothering with in this game.
    Perhaps I should stop bothering with the game all together, GGS seem intent on ripping all the fun out of it.

    I too have noticed something very off about the herring timer too.

    I can only get to 11 pts/sec w/ herring as well... no matter how many I put in over 3 days or 4 days... it never goes up.  That can't be right!

    It will stay at 11 until the clock runs out. You can then start a new type of fish and  you can get it to go to 12 once you add enough to go to the top again.  And with the next type of fish it will go to 13.

    Completely agree.

    Also, I have salmon next in the queue but haven't had any salmon appear for fishing since the event started. I thought we;d got over that problem, or, being cynical, is it supposed to make me pay gold to move it along.
