Stackmaster Question

Hi all, just wondering if the Stackmaster has been changed or was always this way and I just never noticed. Every time I shelf a mission with really small amounts I am given the "not active enough" message. I never paid attention before, so maybe that has always been the case, but I thought the point of this tractor was that you don't need ANY production to shelf, not that you have to produce more than, say 50 or 50 rutabagas or whatever, for the mission to count. Just a question for clarification, not complaining :)

    I'm also not sure I worded the question correctly. I guess what I'm asking is, when the tractor is active are missions with small harvests intended not to count as active? I just never seemed to get this message before, until about a month ago, and thought that was only the case when NOT using the tractor. 

    Sorry for any confusion in the original post :)

    @luvs2wolf64 (US1) I think if u can harvest about one third of ur required shelving amount
     then it counts as u being active for the mission
     - anything less doesn't seem to count

    Thanks DK :) That was my thinking, but I'm not very regular in how much I harvest lol. All over the place!
