Camel deco

I have been looking through the deco tower and I can see a camel deco, a real live camel.  I want this live camel deco badly, does anyone know what event I can get one in?  
Or if there is anyway of smuggling me a live camel deco I will exchange my grandmother for it.  Can't saddle her up to give people fun rides so who needs her anyway.

    it was part of rewards in CC . now is been removed. if not in any offer to come you still can have the possibility to have it during Santa Claus event at the end of the year

    As Amber mentioned above, it was a previous reward for the CC, I guess the best bet to obtain it again would be the Santa Claus event.
