Question?

On May 24th I started a new Co-op with 1 other Member. I set the Co-op so anyone who wanted to join had to apply and I did this because we weren't looking for anyone to join right off so we didn't want anyone just popping in. I came on this Morning and 3 new members were in the Co-op somehow and we don't know how. One of those members said they got a notice that I had started a Co-op and he/she was asked to join. I never invited anyone or opened the Co-op and neither did my other Member. How did this happen without our approval?

Normally this happens when you set the "Open Cooperative Mode", maybe the other user set it as open cooperative? if he/she is a deputy? that might be the case.

Hi Mad Bunny, She never touched the settings and said when she came online last night there were 3 new members and of course being a new Co-op the limit at the time was 5 so when I came on this morning, it showed me that "no extra settings were active". I'm stumped.

normally it cant happened. if you are sure of the settings than probably these new memebers have applied and your deputy has accepted them
