New Players - levels and communication possibilities

Being a coop-leader is hard work, and you at BF could give us a helping hand. How about to teach new players about the communication possibilities - there is the PM and the Chat - teach them to use that BEFORE they are able to seek membership of a coop. 

And regarding seeking membership, could we please have them NOT to be able to do that before they reach level 16 ? Way too many applies, get in and a week later they are out again because they are not really active or don´t want to play anyway.

     1 of the first things I use to do with new members was to in form them of the chat & message area of the game & how it can  help 1 to learn more about the game if used.

    Perhaps, a better option is to allow the cooperative to set up a level requirement for applying for the cooperative. That way players can't apply for cooperatives that have a certain level restriction and the option is still there for level 6 and higher players to join a cooperative with a lower level requirement or to create one themselves.
