error code in the doghouse

in Bug Reporting & Technical Issues
I have been getting an error code in the doghouse and have complained about it for MONTHS. Either Big Farm has inexperienced techs or Big Farm has a virus. This is the only site ( which I play in several sites ) that has so many issues. If they want happy players they need to fix their over all site.

    Hi!
    Maybe you need to update or restart your browser, or where do you play BigFarm. 
    Or restart the whole game, actually i don't know about this problen, but yea i can help maybe :smile:

    Well now we can add a CAT error to the dog?

    I CANNOT FEED THE CAT.   Clicking on it does NOTHING.
    If I click the kitty it says it needs to be fed.

    Now the dog error means I'm not collecting what ever he can dig up.  Not a big deal.
    But not feeding the stupid cat means EVERYTHING costs more to replant.



    And this time I picked the hardest prize possible in the asia event. 
    This is costly.

    Can we all at least get an update?  We all know the "team" is aware.
    So what is the time line on actually fixing this?   The dog error has been going on for YEARS now.  Does the team have ANY plans to fix ANYTHING here?
