I logged in with my alternate account and I tried finding my main account, the game again told me that I dont exist anymore
After five years of loyalty, I guess goodgame just deleted my account!
in it's address bar & click enter
Once there be sure to change to the Log in section -check the tabs on the top
be sure you correctly enter your player name & password - if you can not remember your password
Then type in your player name & ask for a password reset - "Forgot Password"
make sure you know which email address you used to sign up with. Check there for your new password and what will hopefully be your original farm/s.
Support need to verify that your friend is indeed the rightful owner of that farm and not someone trying to steal it from the rightful owner. The way to do this is to check that he is the same person who had previously bought gold on that account.
If your friend is unwilling to provide the information needed for verification, the process will stall and he will not get access to that farm.

As mentioned above, Support needs to verify that you are the rightful owner of the farm in question. If you are unwilling to provide the information they require, there is nothing further they can do and thus communication on the topic will cease, as you have found.
One question occurs, though: if you have been locked out of your farm for months now, how is it that you were able to (try to) purchase gold today ?
Are you saying that when you go to https://bigfarm.goodgamestudios.com/ you get this screen
BUT
yours only have the option to "register" and not the option to "Log in" ?
Or, if you don't get the screen above, that means you did get it at some point and accidentally created a new farm rather than logging into your old one.
This is easily solved.
1. Go to the level 1 farm.
2. Top right of the screen on this farm you will notice these icons:
Push that button (called Log Out). This will log you out of that farm.
3. Open this link https://bigfarm.goodgamestudios.com/
It will take you to this screen:
Be sure to choose the tab called "Log in" (and not the one called "Register")
4. Complete the details (player name and password) of your level 186 farm and push the orange Play button at the bottom.

Im sorry. I've followed the instruction but still at level 1. I, might be wrongly entered
register the same username 'zara aluwi' and the same password instead of Log In.
But at that time, there's no answer 'the player name is already exist'.
If it can't be changed, I have to stop playing Big Farm.
The level 2 farm is on the INT1 server.
Do you have any idea if you may have been on another server before ?
Ok, I found a level 101 farm under the name Zara Aluwi on the Australian server.
If that is you, please redo the steps above, but instead of choosing INT1, choose AU1:

I am already locked out of the game for at least 40 min. ..... how is that soon?
And of course the FHWE runs out of fish, the VF challenge is ending before I can get online and the DW will be gone too.
