  To those having difficulty finding tickets in their inventory, try going right to the mine and find it there and if not then definitely search out support.

  You may want to reread the offer - it's a second GML for the 24,000 tickets
   & only available if you bought the first 1 at 12,000 tickets - giving you a total of 2 GML's for 36,000 tickets
  recheck your inventory under equipment

  no where does it say you must buy one before the other 
  in fact it doesn't give much information at all

  it doesn't say you have to buy the first GML 1 st
  - but it does say on the other/next offer - "for a second GML"
  sounds like they are hinting you should buy the first GML
  then save up to buy the 2nd GML
  
  at least you end up with 1 GML
  unless you can enough tickets to try & see if you still buy the first GML offer before the event ends. If not there will be next time
