  My snowman is stuck in limbo. It shows briefly when logging in, ten game starts loading and poof it is gone again until the next time I log in. also the game keeps freezing up and then cannot log in for several minutes. Game is unplayable since hot fix. Good job (NOT)

  I can't collect my snowman from this event. The window to select it shows up for a split second, before the game loads assets, and closes before I have a chance to click on it.
