  First of all you need to finish Olegs 26 tasks.

  @Marlies1 (NL1) If you just get an info button when you click the dockyard, then the most likely reason is that you still have some of Oleg's tasks to complete. There are 26 alogether & you can find a list HERE
  
  Check the top task on your Main farm & your Flower farm and you should be able to find where you are on the list.

  Haven't had any Oyster holes open since the last fishing event...why?  other holes yes... Ty, Sueh59

  just bad luck.  they run in streaks.  it also depends on how much time you are here and how fast you are emptying the pools... the more pools you empty in a day, the more likely you are to get a better rotation.

  always empty as soon as the boats come in and send them back out.
