  • Ripper Street members awoke this morning to a beautiful Grand Bronze Trophy in our co-op village, and a well deserved promotion to the Silver League! Yes, we are an active, dynamic young co-op that have achieved much in the three months of our existence. Though members are not required to participate in co-op events, they play their hearts out and have given us our second places in both the last Village Fair and the just concluded Co-operative Competition. If you are still looking for a co-op home, or if you are tired of you current one or just in the mood for a change, do come and visit us! Even if the co-op scene is not for you, we're convinced you would enjoy our relaxed, friendly atmosphere while you share in the co-op prizes you help us win. We are not gold players and we have but two rules: respect and communication! You can join us in our lively chat... or not. Help is required with research and upgrades but we never ask you for gold. Our members contribute because they want to and because it benefits us all. We have knowledgeable Deputies, we listen to you and yes... we are a co-op that will be noticed: not because we want to be the biggest or the best, but because we go about our business of farming with enthusiasm and zeal! Give Ripper Street a try... if only for a few days. You won't be sorry!
  • Ripper Street Co-op continues to hold it's own and grow! We are a "young" co-op, founded a mere 3 months ago, but we are in the Silver League for Co-op Competitions, our village is constantly being upgraded and we do our research diligently. We would like to welcome one or two higher level players that can help us grow: you can be part of creating this special little co-op with your ideas and initiatives instead of just joining a co-op and having to abide by rules you had no share in making. You can grow with us, winning prizes along the way and enjoy the satisfaction of seeing your co-op progress. We have several lower level players who are growing daily and play their hearts out, so if being in a co-op with active "baby farms" is not a problem for you... and if you enjoy helping these members... please consider making Ripper Street co-op your home. We value communication and enjoy an active chat. No gold will ever be required of you unless of your own free will. We are a friendly bunch and we respect each other and other players in the game. Most of all we value our members and continue to prosper around our strong core group. Come join us and be part of that core group. We have three spots available, and there are plans to increase our size... not to be a huge, impersonal co-op, but a group of friends working together.
  • Village Fair, where we play in a gold group, has come around, and once again Ripper Street is doing well, staying in the top ten. So if you join us, there will always be some prizes to be had. In the last CHWE, playing against all the top co-ops, little Ripper Street managed to finish in the top hundred! So we are a dynamic and spirited little co-op with hard-working members. Want to be part of this? Come join our fun little co-op: we've done more "Recruitments" research and have three more spots. See you soon!
  • Our small L24 co-op prevailed( in gold league) and took 3rd place in Village Fair. We went back and forth with 4th place co-op, a L277 with more players at higher levels. We played hard and came within 91,225 points of 2nd. place. Thanks to all our members that participated. Ripper Street is doing well, projects on Mondays and Wednesdays, a Friday now and then, research ongoing, factory upgrades on going, so if any one is looking for a friendly, helpful, moving on up co-op, stop in, see if we are for you.

  • Ripper Street Co-op is looking for a few more members. We have 3 spots available and will welcome any player who is looking for a co-op home. If you are tired of you old co-op, just want a change of scenery or if you are a new player wanting to grow with us, come and visit us for a few days to see if you might like us. We do not have a bunch of rules and participation in the competition events is voluntary. We do ask for help with research and projects. Donations to the Co-op kitty is also voluntary and we'll never ask you for gold, nor expect you to play with gold. Of course you are free to do so if you want! We value communication and regularly send out notices about upgrades, projects and contests. We are active in chat and love to help new players find their feet. We have active leadership that listens to members; with occasional polls to see which way members would like us to go. You can help us grow, we value all input. We do projects twice a week to upgrade our co-op. Our village grows too: pond, jetty, factories, horse meadow and bank, and we do constant upgrades. We do have members who work hard in all contests (Village Fair, Co-op Competition and Hard Work Events) so there are always prizes you can share in! In short: we are an active, dynamic, growing co-op and would love to have YOU as part of our team. Send your application soon!
  • A huge shout-out thank you to ijrosh from Just4Fun co-op, who has come to visit us and shower us with gifts, advice and great conversation. Ripper Street co-op is honored to have you, and we feel very blessed that you decided to come visit our dynamic and spirited little co-op. Thank you, ijrosh! You are much appreciated.
  • Ripper Street is no ordinary co-op. It was born in ignorance, built through friendship and now prospers through dedication. Born in ignorance because as newbie I founded it, not knowing what a co-op entails. Built through friendship because the incredible, awesome S and A Farms saw my post here on the forum, asked her co-op leader, Artful (from the Hearts of Gold co-op), if she could come visit Ripper Street co-op to help me, stayed for a few glorious weeks and helped build this tiny new co-op. Prospers through dedication because after S and A Farms left, it wasn't long before she decided to come and make Ripper Street co-op her co-op home. And others have joined: WarChild was one of the first, then Shy, who became our second Deputy with S and A Farms. Several came and went as their dots turned red, but some came and stayed and play their hearts out. Becky, billys bench, Sunnydale, Catparade, Sunni, Bamachile, Frogjump, Grammma4, Christy Herron, sam and our very own superman, theclarkkent. This little group of amazing players have stepped up time after time and played like champions. The crowning achievement is our magnificent performance in the just completed Village Fair of January 2020, where in the gold division we took a well deserved win. We may not have a bunch of high level players, and we are not gold buyers, but Ripper Street has heart! So if this is the kind of co-op you are looking for, come and visit us! We make few demands and appreciate all you can give and help with. We have a lively chat and value communication. We are made up of young and old, and yes, we even take "baby farms" of those wanting to be regular players ready to learn how to work in a team. We never ask for gold. We respect each other... we seek to be friends. We are eager to help anyone interested in joining, and your input will be valued too, as we are steadily working on our research and village upgrades. We have both factories close to L20, a pond filled with fish, our Jetty at L1, as well as our horse meadow. We share in prizes often as we manage to play well in all the events, and we do projects regularly and on a schedule. So come and see if Ripper Street will be your forever co-op home!

You said it so eloquently, I don't have much to add. We did play our hearts out, not really intending to make it to Platinum League, but we did, through hard work, communication on what challenges to choose, and dedication to the co-op. Our members are diverse, when called upon for help, they jump in with both feet.
So, congratulations to all for a job well done.

Ripper Street Co-op has space available for a few more members, since we lost some due to the fluctuations in real life. We were sad to see them go, but it means we have space for active new players. Give us a try!
  • Holding our own in silver league in the current CC, looking forward to the next VF where we will be playing in the platinum league for the first time! We do have space for new members, so anyone tired of their old co-op, in a co-op that's hit a dead-end, or just looking for a change of scenery, come give our team a try! We're a low-demand co-op but we have some super players, so you will share in prizes with us. And of course we'd appreciate your help! See you soon.

Ripper Street co-op is in need of a regular, active player, preferably of a fairly high level (L80+) who would be willing to take the reins as a Deputy fairly soon after joining. Our co-op is growing, and our current Deputies will need help soon. If you would like to "check us out first", do come visit and see if we might be the forever home you're looking for, where your input is valued. Though they are awesome members, none of our current members really want to take on the task of Deputy, for several reasons not related to the co-op, therefore a new member coming in could step up. We have all kinds of players, some super competitive, and some doing the behind-the-scenes work that makes a co-op run smoothly. We are still growing, and changing as we need to, so if that's your kind of co-op, give us a try. Our Deputies are not just "token" Deputies, they have actual portfolios. We're looking for someone who can appreciate each of our members as unique and treat them as such. We have a 76-year old grandfather playing his heart out, a few grandmothers, some young people and all styles and shapes, and we pride ourselves on not just building "robot" players all in the same image. So, if you're tired of your old co-op, have never tried co-op life, or would just like to try your leadership skills, come on in! Mention in your application this post, so we can give you a quick acceptance. Hope to see our new Deputy soon!
