  You can use the @Mention capability. 
  

  
  

  Once you have the name in the posting, you can PREVIEW the post and click on the name to bring up their profile. You don't have to actually post the message.

  be warned it will not work on all names. Those with spaces seem to be a problem

  @Data King (US1)  If you know the full name & server, but it does not work using @ you can just click your own name (on the black bar) & then replace your name in the URL with the other name & click enter, that will take you to their profile. 
  
  You can also go to your inbox, click on "New Message" & start typing in the recipient box, which will give you more options for the auto-fill, than the @ function & can be useful if you are not sure of a spelling or the server.
