Cooperative Challenge scheduled on same days all the time

Is there any reason this event could not start on different days of the week once in awhile??? Some of us work, you make it impossible to take part in the cooperative challenge EVERY time it is ran.
If you ran this every 10 days this would stagger the run days of the event which would allow EVERYONE to play!!
