Xmas wheel of fortune coins

When the cooperative hard worker ended a popup told me I had won 3 x xmas wheel of fortune coins. Guess what? They are NOT in my inventory. I don't have any holes in my inventory that they could have fallen out of cos I sewed up the last one really tight & double checked for any more that the goats could have eaten through. Why do GGS keep telling me I won things then not giving them to me? Are they really such plonkers they cannot get 3 coins into my account without losing them on the way over?

    The pop-up at the end of the event just lists the hard work rewards you have already earned, the coins would have been one of the earliest you earned.

    I got a lot more than 3 coins in it though. This is the rewards earned at the end of the event on top of the hard work ones
