24 hours before an event is about to end, a pop up with a list of all the events like
HWE, CC, FHWE, Pleasure Park, Goldfish Rescue, CHWE, Village Fair etc etc ... can be displayed.
Let the players cast their votes in favour of the next event they would like to play.
Or, let players cast their Top 3 choices for the next event they would like to see come.
Even if, GGS doesn't start the event based on the votes, still GGS will get a Live feedback ... Regarding what events players are looking forward to.
GGS would know in real-time and could plan to bring the players choice of event next.
The same could be done for Temporary farms.

And they already know which events we like and which ones we don't. Doesn't seem to matter.
As for voting, only a small number give feedback, and I can envision the same 1 or 2 events being asked for every time... like asking your toddler what he wants for dinner -- every night it would be mac 'n' cheese or Happy Meals.
