Hi

How do these community buildings work? it says it holds 12 houses ( at level 13 ) but is that maxed out houses or first build houses? and does it give 45 new workers or is that the number of workers it holds in total? Please explain a little more???

    I will take a guess, since I don't have one yet... it will hold 12 houses (at lvl 13), don't think it matters if they are fully upgraded or not, but why would one put a non-upgraded house in there? As you upgrade the apartment building, you will get additional workers per the info on the build menu. I believe you can also put in the grandhouses and manors as well and will guess if you put in a grandhouse it will count as 3 and the manor will count as 2 houses. (time will tell once we begin acquiring them) :)

    Per a post by one of the MODS, it will also be able to use the house skins :)

    As I understand it, houses in your apartment that are not fully upgraded, can be upgraded within the apartment.

    Be ware that this new "Apartment building" will take a lot of Diamonds to upgrade it. & those will not be easy to earn for most farmers. I'm sure as the events continue & we are able to complete the events. We will get enough Diamonds, one day, to upgrade the "Apartment building". Keep an eye on this thread for future information or watch

    Hoping you are not right about the grandhouses and manors taking up 3 and 2 respectively because that would make them pointless but with GGS lackluster and lazy programming at times it would not surprise me at all. I won mine without any gold or resources, I feel sorry for the players that actually purchased them for gold because all advantages of having them is snuffed out if the apartments work this way.

    The house can not be upgraded in the apartment.
    The house needs to be taken out of the apartment.

    @gizmo22 (AU1), it makes sense for the grandhouses and manors to take up 3 and 2 spaces in the apartments. They take up 3 and 2 spaces on your farm and even give more workes than 3 and 2 houses so it's only fare.

    Thats a relief.......it wouldnt make sense to me if grandhouses and manors took up more house slots because they then lose their value. Considering how much work was needed to win them a 37 worker increase only wouldn't be a good enough advantage as far as im concerned. For the players that bought them (the manors) its the same deal......100,000 gold for a worker increase wouldn't have been a good buy with the existence of apartment blocks. Looking forward to getting the diamonds needed to build one to see how it all works.

    Yeah Manors/Grandhouses are totally one notch above anything else for the apartment :)

    omg grandhouse is apartement lvl1 already and its take only 1 space in apartment?
    poor worker from that grandhouse that moved to apartments gona live in cage hehe
    its most be like prison solitary cell for them hehe
