Does it stack with the regular double XP bonus we have? or is it meaningless if we already have a double XP bonus?

I believe it does stack, yes.
Looking at chickens, for eg. using premium feed you usually get 100 XP per feed.
I have Matilda at 12% so that's 112 XP.
Then with the usual double XP, that is 112 + 112
and with the birthday gift XP it is 112 + 112 + 112 = 336
Edit: Wabbit says I will confuse you by calling it "stacked", since there are 2 timers running at the same time, if you already have the double XP booster from the wheel running.
So, in the interest of clarity, let me clarify further
The two boosters are running at the same time BUT, you are getting XP from both, at the same time, so you are not losing out
Would have been nice if the farmhouse skin could have been used on gourmet
And 240 hours of xps? Really? With all the wheels happening all the time, plenty of double xps.
How about 240 hours of a real production booster.
