Yet another bug! Missing deco from not of this world

Now I got to the last 3 of the 'not of this world' went to click to get my reward for finishing and guess what? Not enough items available message - game froze up - had not choice other than to log out and back on and surprise surprise no deco.
How many more prizes are you not going to give out?
Have had just about enough. This will be my 3rd support ticket in as many days.
